If you get herpes cold sores on your lips, this product will prevent that from happening. Sun exposure is a major factor in causing cold sores and using this every time your lips will be out in the sun, will prevent it from forming. Before I switched to this lotion I have used oil of Olay with SPF 15 since I was 14 years old. But as people get older though, Olay is a bit too light. I started with different brands with SPF 15-30 but didn't find them likable until I found this lotion. It feels light and give the skin a certain light glow that comes with happy, young skin.

The best is that it doesn't smell like sun screen and doesn't stink the eye when used around the area. I have tried some that were both. On top of that, heavy and weighty. Felt clogged.This lotion doesn't do any of those things.

I LOVE Zia products.This moisture screen with spf is amazing and it never feels like anything is on your face, which is something i can't stand at all.No scent either, so you don't smell like something gross.

I'm not in love with the new packaging choice though.The pump, regardless of brand, always leaves lotion you cannot get to in the bottom.I try in vain, but there always remains some of the waste.I liked the canister better, as I could dose with my finger and I got every last drop out.

I started using Zia Skin Basics Daily Moisture Screen SPF 15 about seven or eight years ago and I've never looked back. I used to use Oil of Olay's daily moisturizer with sunblock and liked it, but wasn't too happy about the strong smell. I researched earth-friendly/body-friendly (aka less toxins) skin care products and Zia was near the top. I use this everyday without problem, love it. It's not oily, doesn't smell at all...it does exactly what I want...moisturize and protect. Only down side is the packaging: you can't get the last little bits in the bottom of the bottle because it's glass with a pump. However, I highly recommend it!

This lotion is okay, doesn't give you any extra boost of color, doesn't help with my oily skin.Designer skin is overrated.

I am fair complected, have freckles and break out easily.Usually when tanning my freckles come out before I start getting a tan. Not the case with this stuff.After the 2nd visit to the tanning bed I could tell I was getting color to my face and my freckles are not getting darker just getting a nice even tan.I was skeptical at first when I saw the bronze color because I am so fair complected but it went on easily wasnot too dark for my face it looked natural.It keeps your face moisturized all day and I have not suffered any breakouts from it (I have oily skin and for my face not to feel all greasy after wearing it all day and not breaking out from it is a MAJOR plus.I recommend this product.

There's also no oily film on your hands either, something I never liked.

We have used this for almost two weeks straight, and so far no burns, no complaining of stinging eyes as they sweat.

Sunscreen isn't cheap and at $8.50 for six ounces this follows suit, but it's very worth it in my book.We are getting ready to head to the Caribbean, and I am already stocking up!

The great thing about this new Hawaiian Tropic Silk Hydration sunscreen is that to me it isn't just sunscreen, but much more! I hate the kind of sticky feeling that most sunscreens leave on my hands and skin, but HT Silk Hydration is creamy like a lotion without the sticky feeling. This product is a daily moisturizer with spf 15 sunscreen.

The lotion is slightly thicker consistency compared to the non sunscreen version but rubs in clear without a shiny/oily residue.

The spf 15 works very well and provides daily sun protection that seems to last all day as long as you aren't sweating.

There is no smell like regular sunscreen it is almost identical to the regular lubriderm except for the consistency.

The price on Amazon is identical to the price you would pay in the store so this is a good deal especially if you can get free shipping.

Overall this is the BEST daily moisturizer with sunscreen on the market. Use it everyday so you don't prematurely age your skin and protect yourself from skin cancer.

Skin care is very importantin general and to me as well. So I really appreciate this lotion in particular, for it's ability to protect both from the sun and dry skin. I also love the fact that it has little to no scent and quickly abosrbs into the skin. I only use it for my hands and a little on my forearms because I don't think it would react well if used on the face based on the ingredients (breakout city). I would recommend a facial lotion for that. Also I would use a different lotion for the body because this lotion doesn't have all of the vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants that should be used on the rest of the body. Otherwise this is a great hand lotion to lock in moisture overnight or before heading to work.

My daughter shared this product with me on vacation, and I thought it was great!Moisturizer with SPF 15 built into it!PERFECT!Didn't really think about it until it was too late, but it is NOT waterproof.Upon actually reading the back of the product, it clearly says that it washes off with water.With that knowledge and information, I tried to purchase Lubriderm moisturizer with SPF 15 locally... they had several varities, but not that one, so I ordered it on Amazon.It shipped quickly, but came in a ziplock bag packed inside a bubble mailer.Needless to say, the packaging was not sufficient for it to reach me safely. Also, the picture is misleading because it shows TWO bottles of Lubriderm.If you read the packing info, the weight listed is for one, but I ordered it from my phone, so I missed it.

Again, great product, but badly packaged... and you will receive ONE bottle not two like you see in the picture.

I bought this shortly after I had developed a base tan as a recommendation through the tanning salon. It smelled really good at first but after a while it started to smell unpleasant. It almost has a pumpkin-y scent to it. The bottle didn't last long and I did not see a difference in my skin. It looked a little darker at first but barely, even after I finished the bottle. This was one of the first tanning lotions I bought. I was really hesitant to buy something with bronzers in it because I'm so fair-skinned & didn't want to turn orange or get bronzers on my clothes.

This lotion does almost nothing to darken your skin or maintain your tan. All it does is keep your skin soft & moisturized -don't get me wrong, having soft skin is great, but you can get that with ANY lotion and still gain color.

I live in an area where we have sun 360 days a year. My skin gets a LOT of exposure to the sun! I do a lot of driving and working outside in the sun and it's very difficult to maintain a nice complexion when you have to be in direct sunlight for as long as I am. I've tried a lot of creams with sun protection, however this one is the best. Yes it is expensive but you get what you pay for! You only need a very small amount!
