My 14 month-old son has had dry patches on his legs since he started crawling. I slathered him with Eucerin and even tried Hydrocortisone cream to get rid of the dry patches, since the pediatrician suggested that it may be inflammation that could easily be resolved bysteroid cream. I have to say, nothing worked until I bought this... WOW. I didn't know until I bought that it not only contained the Balsam that is always noted, but also petrolatum, Glycerin, Paraffin wax, mineral oil, and citric acid (Vitamin C), and I am sure I am forgetting something. This "ointment" is so thick that it is hard to squeeze out of the bottle, but once it's rubbed between your hands, it is like magic! I slather it on both of my kids after bathtime and theri skin is "baby butt" smooth... literally!For $6, you will NOT be disappointed!

I figured with a name like this, it had to be good. Well, after several applications, my skin is still dry, flaking and wrinkled.

Plain old Vaseline probably works the same as this stuff. Hard to believe this stuff has any good ratings. I've never tried any cream that works worse than this.
