I recently went camping/canoeing for a weekend and decided this would be the perfect sunscreen. After applying it for a day I noticed it was creating a sheen on my skin and once I was out of the sun that sheen turned sticky. I attempted to wash it off with no luck and while I slept my clothing kept clinging to my skin and had to be peeled off like a band-aid. To make matters worse, this was a weekend camping trip and dirt began sticking to me. By the end of the trip I looked like I had rolled around in the mud and not cared enough to wash it off. I couldn't wait to get home and shower, but when I did no amount of soap of loofah-ing could remove the sticky. I had to use a brush and pumice stone that one would use on your feet all over my body. Finally after about thirty minutes of scrubbing my skin off I was sunscreen free.

I will never use spray sunscreen of any kind ever again. However I didn't get a sunburn and I am pretty sure the mosquitoes couldn't break through the thick barrier of stick. There are much better products out there!

I have a 2 year old, fair skinned little girl.I had melanoma at the age of 20, so this is a very important subject to me.I thought it was amazing to see an aerosol sunscreen with 100+ spf.With a VERY active 2 year old, it seemed like the way to go....fast and protective.Well, the first time I used it was today at an air show.I got her out of the van and sprayed her arms and legs, and the top of her head to keep her part from burning.I had NO idea that the stuff is like wax!!!She was a shiny, sticky mess and so were my hands.There were no bathrooms so I was squirting gobs of hand sanitizer in my hands trying to get it off, and it didn't work.Well, she ended up with a thick waxy coating in her hair too...and that's an understatement.And then the rubber bands in her hair started breaking without anyone/anything touching them.I immediately took her home and gave her a bath.I lathered her hair up really well with shampoo and had her sit with it in her hair for a few minutes.I rinsed her hair and conditioned it.As I was running the comb through her hair, I noticed that all of the little balls of wax were still there!She spent the rest of the day playing in the sprinkler, followed by another bath, and they still remain.Definitely going in the trash!

As the previous folks say. It does go on a little thick, but... for me I need something like this for the beach. I sweat a lot and I burn in literately 10 minutes. This product holds up against my sweat and I will turn slightly red after about 4 hours outside. After 2 days it turns lightly brown. This is the only product that I cant use at the beach and not end up like a lobster or with streaks

Everything that all the previous reviews said is true.However, not even a little bit of a burn after 4 hours in the sun. Usually I am a little pink after an hour, and can extend it to about 2 and a half hours with 30 spf.So if your willing to trade looking like you oiled up before you went out and having to peel it off your skin the next day even after a shower, for no sunburn, then this is your product!

Lets begin with I really wish I hadn't thrown this stuff away so I could leave a video review of this showing you what it looks like.

1. This stuff goes on like syrup, seriously like maple syrup left to harden on your skin.

2. Using this stuff in a public place would be a disaster it makes you sticky VERY STICKY so make sure you don't accidentally bump into someone while wearing it you'll also have whatever you touched of theirs stuck to your skin.

3. If you love a nice high gloss shine to your skin this is the product. Personally, I like to not look like a freshly waxed car.

I can almost guarantee if you buy this product you will be in a public restroom washing your arms like an idiot soon after applying. (oh and its about as easy to remove as permanent marker.)
