Whenever I use this product people ask me what it is because it looks like a bingo dabber and I am usually going along the part in my hair. I know of no other product like this. Clear with no residue and not sticky at all so it can go in your hair. Also, I get a really odd dark "shadow" on my upper lip if I am in the sun too much (they tell me it's birth control pills). The sticks leave me feeling ... well sticky and that isn't what you want near your mouth. Highly recommend this product for these trouble spots and anywhere around face really.

I am trying this for the first time. It is liquid and there is a cloth spot to rub it on yourself, almost like a big wet Magic Marker except the cloth piece is flat.

I saw that is was alcohol based and thought that would be weird for the face but thought I'd give it a try.

First of all the alcohol fumes as you put it on your face are very pronounced. I cannot imagine any child being willing to endure that. Might be better if applying outdoors.It did not sting going on which I thought it might because of the alcohol and my delicate skin, but it began to sting slightly later. It left a sheen on my face, less than many sunscreens I've tried. I could feel it on my face. I was just doing stuff around the house and I could feel sweat beading up a little bit. When it developed a slight stinging sensation, I ended up washing it off as much as I could.

I think I can use this up as a quick applicator for the backs of my hands.

I never got to the point of testing how well it screened the sun.
