I was glad that I had bought this shea butter. When you rub it in yours hands, the heat from your hands soften it and looks oily then you can rub it on your skin or put it in your hair. It is 1000% better than vaseline. That goopy chemical is horrible for skin. Shea butter doesn't clog your pores. I have very sensitive skin and I would break out using vaseline. Shea butter is natural and good for you. Instead of putting grease in your hair, use the shea butter. It moisturizes the scalp and hair but doesn't clog the scalp pores. Your skin absorbs it and you look shiny for a few minutes but the shiny, oily look goes away and you're left with a nice soft glow to the skin. it smells like nut butter (which is exactly what it is) but after a few minutes that smell goes away and a nice light scent is left on your skin.
I bought this product three weeks ago and here is my statement...I absolutely LOVE this product! I was looking for something natural with no chemicals in it! I can't believe the results I am seeing right now! I was starting to have pimples on my face and went to the dermatologist who had given me some sort of cream to alleviate my breakouts and help vanish the pimples! Well let me say that the Dudu Osun soap gave me BETTER results than what the dermatologist prescribed! And it was so much cheaper than the cream! Also, I love the shea butter! I have used both products on my skin and hair! I mix the shea butter with other oils and use it as an hair conditioner! I HIGHLY recommend these two products to any one who wants to conquer skin problems and who is learning to use natural products! I will be ordering this again!

I have been using these products for a little over a month and have been pleased with the purchase.The shea butter can be used as is or mixed with essential oils to make it easier to apply to your skin.However, I have used it right from the container with great results.It makes your skin soft while protecting it from the elements.In our pampered world, adding essential oils makes it more fragrant and appealing.The DuDu-Osun soap is awesome.I have shampooed my hair with this product along with bathing and it softens your skin while doing a thorough job of cleaning you.My only concern about the product is that it is black and leaves black residue when you put it in a container or on a shelf.However, it readily cleans up so no worries there.I will purchase more of these products when they are used up, plus you are allowing these women to make a living for their families rather than supporting a huge corporation somewhere.
I first encountered raw shea butter in Las Vegas at a swap.I purchased the product and used it frequently.However, once I ran out I had no contact information for the booth I visited in LV.
I went to a number of whole foods stores looking for the product, and although I did find it in one the price was ridiculous.

I don't know much about shea butter, but this was a bit inconsistent. One of the packages had white off color stuff mixed in it and the others were pure yellow. I don't know if shea butter is supposed to be grainy, but this product is. But this is good price and fast delivery and when used in making soap and a body butter, it worked just fine. My opinion on the DDU-Osun Black soap is up in the air yet.
