Yup. Works great on neoprene. Particularly the seams of gloves. One wonders why the original manufacturer did not use something more like this.Not very good on leather. Haven't tried vinyl.
However, even more cool is repairing the busted up strain-relief on powercords! Use generously in several light applications. This stuff is self-leveling to a great degree apparent high surface tension before it skins over. You won't need to mess with it. Of course, you will want to clean the area of as much crud as you can before you open the cap... it drys pretty fast.
