This sunblock has very effective coverage. The only drawback is that it's a bit thick and leaves a sort of white pasty finish on your skin.
I realize that this is because it uses mineral sunscreen...so the benefits outweigh this.
I would also recommend this product to people with sensitive skin.

I find that all paba free sunscreen is a little hard to spread. So I do it before I get to the pool/beach.It seems to go on better.Otherwise, this stuff is great.Read Best Reviews of Nature's Gate Mineral Sport Block SPF 20 Here
This is a mineral-based sunblock with zinc oxide (ZO) and titanium oxide (TO). It has 2% ZO & 8% TO.In these sunblocks, the "micronized" (small particles) of ZO and TO are supposed to block both UVA and UVB solar radiationtube says "UVA/UVB broad spectrum protection".It doesn't contain any of the other common sunblock chemicals, which may be irritating to people with sensitive skin. It is also doesn't have any fragrance. It does work well to prevent sunburn; but unfortunately it has to be rubbed in really well and is not water-resistant.This sunblock comes out of the tube as a thickwhite paste, not a lotion, and you have to spend a couple of minutes really rubbing it well into your skin.Otherwise, it will leave a noticeable white haze.It is easy to miss a few spots rubbing it in, so if you are going to be around other people, they may notice white spots on your face, especially around your eyebrows (and for men around any facial hair).
This sunblock is not water-resistant; it comes off quickly with water. Also, exposure to water or heavy perspiration strangely causes the white film to reappear all over you (which of course looks odd), until it dries and/or you rub it back in.If you are going swimming, most of it will come off in the water in a short time.
So while I do like the fact that it uses ZO and TO rather than the common sunblock chemicals, the only good use I have found for it is using it while doing activities where any noticeable white haze doesn't matter, or on exposed arms and legs. But for use at work, shopping, traveling etc. people may notice some white haze if you use it on your face (especially after you sweat).
There are some other sunblocks that use micronized ZO or TO as well as only one (or maybe two) of the other common sunblock chemicals.Sometimes these are advertised as for sensitive skin or for children. You just have to look at the active ingredients list. I found that these mineral/chemical sunblocks rub in easier than this Nature's Gate Mineral sunblock and don't have the problem with the white haze. Some of these are also water-resistant.
If you need to avoid the common sunblock chemicals completely due to skin sensitivity, this ZO/TO product does work, it is just not as convenient as the other common products with the chemical sunblocks.
