It was hard to decide between 3 or 4 stars, but ultimately I was leaning towards 3. The flavor on the lip balm is good I wanted Pina Colada and I got Pina Colada. But, the lip balm is hard unless you get it really warm. If you want an all organic lip balm, that may just be the price you have to pay, but I could care less if it's organic, to be honest. Compared to Chapstick, Blistex, Carmex or any other major brand, this is by far the hardest in firmness and therefore the hardest to apply to your lips. Additionally, it's not exactly "cheap", but I guess you're paying a little extra for it to be organic.
