Product seems to help hair maintain a healthy feel. Hair may grow a bit faster but I haven't noticed any new hair growth, although the product does not claim to do so.

I love the Nioxin products.This one in particular is great for keeping the scalp clean and promoting hair growth.I didn;t believe it until I tried it.My hair is healthier than it has been in years, I have new hair growth, and I can still use my regular styling products with it!!

I have received the Nioxin System 4 Scalp Treatment.As another reviewer wrote,

the package is not the same.Also, all of the reviews earlier than those in the

past couple of months were positive; all of the more recent reviews are negative.

I haven't tried this yet and don't intend to.

Some of Nioxin's other (really good) products are being outsourced: Nioxin will

become just one more American manufacturer to shoot themselves in the foot.

My suggestion is to buy American.
