This product is very gentle on the skin but works effectively within a few days. This is the best product that I have used so far with excellent results, it fades age spots on the hands and nourishes the hand, leaving it smooth and silky within one week of usage. However, shipping cost for this item is too expensive and for some strange reason, availablity is a big problem with this product.
