I bought this for my face since sunscreen usually irritates my eyes and I needed biodegradable for reefs. I only used it once and then just switched to the spray kind by the same company. This one is a white lotion texture. It went on a bit difficultly, staying white until completely rubbed in. Sometimes it would clump and rub off if you weren't quick enough rubbing it in. They spray kind didn't sting my eyes so I just used it. I ended up getting salt water in my eyes which is just as bad as regular sunscreen anyway.
