This isn't fragranced, but it has a weird waxy or chemical smell that doesn't go away. I bought it to use on the backs of my hands since I wash them often and wanted a way to replace the sunscreen without getting my hands messy. Unfortunately, the smell made it unusable for this purpose for me, since the smell bothered me every time I lifted my hands toward my mouth at a meal.

This was the only sunscreen I used for my 2 year old son all summer. It lasted that long too! It is not too heavy, it does not leave a white residue like another brand I tried and it stays on well. I love how I just use the stick to apply it and don't have to get my hands all oily. My son did not get a burn all summer. So happy with this product, I bought 4 more to keep in stock.

We use Bullfrog Sport Spray for applying sunscreen to our bodies, but use this Coppertone SPF 55 stick on our faces.We like it because it doesn't run into our kids' eyes, and it stays put because it's a stick.It's soft like a chapstick, and the tube rolls up like one too.It applies easily to eyelids, noses, ears and all the other areas that can burn without protection.

We haven't noticed much of a smell from this product, and it's not overly greasy.I keep one in my purse, and one in each sports bag.We don't leave one in our cars because they melt in the summer heat.
