I used to take these pills years ago to add some color to my pale skin without succumbing to damaging sun rays for a tan. I liked them especially in the winter when I had no sun around to speak of & these pills gave me a warm glow to my skin that I appreciated. I used the whole bottle of this product, it just relaxes me, not tanning results at all. I guess I was misinformed as how theis will keep you tan or add to it. It did nothing.
