This is not an item that I would ever purchase again. Too overrated and I definitely have not seen any results. Very confusing instructions. On the box it tells you to take two caplets and on the inside it tells you to take one caplet. My neighbor also ordered it and she has not seen any results either.
I bought this product a fewt imes the las order never received it .But I did got my money back .Let me tell you is a waste of money this product did nothing and I mean nothing .Just take care of your self workout eat right that it .DO not but this product you will be sorry like I was.The model explain that she has taken the product for 10 years. It is not a magic "formula". Particulary, I drink a half glass of red wine every day with my meals at least for 30 years.I'm 54 years old, 5.4" and 138 pounds and I feel great. Don't think that a single daily pill it will do the gob. It is a long process with others variables.
