I have combination skin with really oily t-zone and a flaky chin. I have tried foundations from MAC, Clinique, and other drugstore brands, and none of them gave me the natural coverage I wanted. I always felt that my t-zone was extra oily and the rest of my face was dull and flaky after I put on the foundation until I got Stila Sheer Color Tinted Moisturizer. Since it is a moisturizer, it goes on smoothly with fingers. I look as if I am not wearing anything on my face but the skin has a nice glow to it and the texture is smoother. It won't cover zits or dark circles well, but you can usea concealer either under or over it. I actually found most liquid concealers work well over the tinted moisturizer. I have been using it for several months now, and my skin has never been better. No breakouts. And the sun protection is definitely a plus. I use SPF 45 sun block when I know I will be exposed to the sun for a long period of time. Otherwise, the SPF 15 coverage is enough. Most regular moisturizers with SPF 15 are too oily for me, and this one is just perfect. Last bit of advice though is if you prefer even a moderate coverage, this may not be for you. But you can always try it out at your local sephora stores. Girls there are great at picking the right product for you.

I bought this because my sister raved about it. It does offer sheer coverage which I like but I find that for my combination to oily skin that this just makes it even oiler. I'll still use it but only in the wintertime when my skin gets a little dry from the weather and lack of humidity. I love the fact that it comes with SPF 15.
