This lotion reminds me of the original Burberry for women, but fresher.Geranium leaves, Sicilian lemon, lavender, chocolate, and (possibly?) cedar are the most noticeable notes...not all at once, but as it changes on your skin throughout the day, eventually becoming a mild fougere that reminds me of my husband's T-shirts. Free associations with it would be--cashmere, cinnamon rolls, Wodehouse by firelight and outdoor art shows. It's light, so layer it with the perfume for best effect...all day complexity that's equally good for a night at the library or a rainy day assignation. (Your choice.)

I can't get enough of this and will be so disappointed when I can't find any more. This creme is just enough fragrance to make you smell delicious and have smooth silky skin.

I was reading about different perfumes and thought Covet had rave reviews and sounded like something I'd like to try. I chose to try the body lotion because it was less expensive than the perfume (and also had rave reviews) and I figured if I liked it I could get the perfume as well and then layer it. Well, I got this and it smells like a cheap holiday candle, like with the smell of cheap burning wax and wick mixed with really fake gingerbread cookies scent or something. Did not like it AT ALL. I haven't actually tried the perfume so I can't say whether it smells like this lotion, and I don't know if maybe the tube of lotion I got was just old or off or what, but this lotion was just...ew.
