I've always been a Neutrogena user, first their bar soaps back when I was a teen, then on to their line of moisturizers as I've gotten older.When this Anti-Wrinkle cream came out, I switched to it from the Neutrogena Healthy Skin Face Lotion.The price was higher, but still much lower than any other trusted brand with Retinol.

Awhile back, I had a chance to test Olay's Professional Pro-X Intensive Wrinkle Protocol Kit. Since I still had a full tube of my Neutrogena, I thought it would be fun to do a test.I used the Neutrogena once a day in the morning on the left side of my face, and the Olay kit (two items in the morning, one at night) on the right side of my face.Before testing, I took photos, then after a month, I took more photos. No difference in skin tone, condition or wrinkle appearance between the left and right sides of my face after a month!

This was proof enough for me that Neutrogena has the same results as the Olay system for much less money and hassle.

I've been using this on my face daily for about 2 years and it's left my face smoother and clearer, but the biggest difference is my hands.I was beginning to look at my hands and see my mother's wrinkled, age-spotted hands yikes!I started using a pearl-sized dab on the tops of my hands daily as well and see a huge difference.While there's considerably less retinol than in a prescription retinol cream, it's also about a tenth of the price of what my dermatologist prescribed (which I never filled after pricing it).

First of all, I'm 51, so I'm not a 25 year-old who has no real wrinkles or skin issues such as unevenness and sun damage. I've got it all, plus super sensitive skin. I've been using this product during the day and even sometimes at night for a few weeks now with no irritation and great results. Some of my friends had mentioned another product that might be even better, so I briefly switched to RoC's Deep Wrinkle line. OMG. I only lasted two days using it because of the perfumes and the general heaviness/oiliness I experienced, not to mention it made my eyes water (and I didn't even put any around my eyes). I took those products back, needless to say. The grass is always greener--not.

Neutrogena Healthy Skin is a great line in general. I now use the eye cream and the night creme as well as the day creme. I will stick with this line and not stray again. It goes on silky, no oily feel, no harsh perfumes, and no skin or eye irritation (and I use it around my eyes). I wake up looking a little brighter every day. Deeper smile lines and brow furrows are softening more and more, skin is more even and sun damage is lightening up. :)

Boscia B.B. Cream SPF 27 PA++ B.B. Cream SPF 27 PA++ 1.75 oz

I am the kind of girl who always wears foundation to cover skin imperfections. Tinted sunscreen has always been out of the question due to lack of coverage and greasiness. This stuff is amazing. First, I don't know how it works, but it comes out of the bottle white but actually gives you flesh colored coverage. It's also got a slight shimmer to it which really hides any imperfections. I cannot believe how much coverage comes out of this cream when it's pretty much transparent. I totally disagree with the other 1 star review, it blends in just fine but you have to spend more than 2 seconds rubbing it in. I put this on with a little under eye concealer and powder and it gives me just as much coverage as MAC Studio Fix foundation! I have no idea how this is possible but I'm telling you it's awesome! Also, the main reason I bought it is because Boscia is paraben free and also free of a bunch of other horrible chemicals that you find in most beauty products. Amazing stuff, my only complaint is the price, but it seems that anything that really works costs you a pretty penny. No pun intended!

I'm a bit undecided on this product. This is my first experience with BB cream and I'm not sure what to think. My makeup routine? Moisturizer, some mineral powder here and there and concealer here and there. That's it. I don't like a full face of makeup since I work out a lot, nor do I like the look.

This product has the same problem that a lot of tinted moisturizers have: it can't decide if it's a skincare product or a makeup product, and the "one size fits all" approach to color is never quite right. Although, I have to say it's one of the better combo products I've come across. Even though it's supposed to blend into every skin tone, it's kind of a joke. It's definitely not for the lightest of light skins, nor anything between medium and dark. I guess it falls into that "fairly" light category.

As for application, you need to work fast. It doesn't stay moist for long so you have to do your best to get it blended right away. I'd definitely use your finger since a sponge is going to absorb all of that product. Maybe a brush would be better? And since it is so quick drying, it is also a rather matte product, so not good for dry skin types.

If you like the feeling of your face being protected during the day, of having an spf in your makeup and something that's rather matte, then this is for you (providing that the color works). If you lean your face on your hand it's definitely not going to come off like a liquid makeup would. If you can, I'd definitely get a sample before you buy. And if you're not sure, go back and get another. For the price, it's not worth buying it only to find out it's not for you.

Warning: it contains dimethicone and other silicones, similar to other BB creams and products that "protect." some people really love/hate these ingredients so I thought I'd mention it.

As someone who is always trying to find the next best thing my search is over.Aside from lip gloss or perfume I DO NOT rate cosmetics 5 stars but this product is truly the exception.You have to apply moderately at first to see how much you will need and it truly will adjust to your skin tone.I just apply it right out of the shower and brush on some finishing powder and mascara and am good to go.It's a great do-everything product for those that want a little coverage and an even skin tone.A+++

I was a Bare Minerals girl for many years.I loved the coverage, I loved the color options (between summer and winter), and I loved that it was all natual, and I could sleep in it if need be.

Bare Minerals was definitely the cutting edge in mineral make-up that pushed many of us early 30's girls away from the liquids and creams of the past.

My only issue now is the price.As other companies began doing a fabulous job of creating their own mineral make-ups, Bare Minerals became the 'expensive' version that was equal in quality of some of the others.

I currently am on my third jar of L'Oreal's version and am very satisfied.I especially love that in addition to a great product, the container includes a brush that I don't have to buy separately, clean regularly or replace.Each new container comes with a new brush that lasts the length of the make-up plus some.

I'm not saying that Bare Minerals should not be purchased.In fact, I love the product.Just be savvy of how much you want to spend for products that are equal in quality.

Not sure whats going on here but I feel like its not the same as the stuff I buy at the mall. I have to really load it on my face and even then it doesn't have the same coverage. I've gone through it twice as fast as my original one from the mall.

I thought something was wrong when I first used it but I had just cleaned my makeup brush and had been out of powder for a week or so. The difference was almost not noticeable but after reading the lower reviews and I'm going to have to agree. Also, I bought the fairly light shade.

Oh, not sure if related but since I've been using this my breakouts have been a bit more noticeable. Not sure if because coverage sucks or something in it is not agreeing with my skin.

I will not be buying this product online again.

I bought the Fairly light color prior to this and the product I received on this order from NU Cosmetics is not the same thing.Is is very powdery, does not cling to the face and does not cover like the real thing.The sifter on the item I received was not working right either. It would not turn. Otherwise the packaging is right-on in appearance.This product is either counterfeit or off-spec.Either way, next time I will pay for the real thing elsewhere.

I am hooked for life.I am 23 years old and my father passed away of Melanoma at a young age, I bike to school and live in a very sunny, hot city and state.While the price is a little expensive, I can not put a price on my life and this preventive step is a lot cheaper than getting skin cancer. Additionally, I have always battled with a slight acne problem.It wasn't enough to need extreme medicines or treatment, but it was annoying to not have it cleared away.I have used proactive (effective, but expensive) for a some time now.As I started using this product, I have also switched to just using only Dove soap to wash my face.My face looks healthier and clearer than ever.

It also only takes a tiny amount to rub all over face, so the price does not end up being that much.I don't know what the issue is with the smell some people speak of.I have NEVER smelt anything wrong with mine, and I am very self-conscious about this.Additionally, other lotions and sunscreen for the face can be EXTREMELY pungent, so even if I did smell something it would be alright.

I really like this product. Goes on matte, has a light and neutral scent, and per the manufacturer doesn't have some of the ingredients that have raised health concerns. It is very, very light as a moisturizer so feels more like just putting a sunscreen on. That would probably be preferable for the person with oily skin. I tend to be a little dry so would prefer more moisturizing power but that's me. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone who only wants a very light lotion.

This is my favorite thing to use for my skin.Living in AZ I need sun protection AND moisturizer, so this product supplies both, and does both well.Some say they don't like the smell, I happen to like it. DeVita Professional Skin Care - Ultra Solar 50 4oz

I ordered this product thinking it was titanium dioxide free, similar to the the regular Devita solar moisturizer.

The product I received had a different ingredient label than the one shown here, and it contains titanium dioxide.

This to me seems very strange since the version shown here proudly advertised being titanium dioxide free.

I also noticed the first ingredient besides the zinc and titanium oxides is water versus the regular moisturizer where aloe is listed before water.

I thought this was going to be a good deal getting 4 oz instead of ~2 for less than twice the price.(Also I was having trouble getting the regular version because they've been updating the packaging and no one seemed to have it in stock.)However if this is just a watered down version with some extra things like titanium in it, this was not a good deal at all.

Also now the regular version is out on discount websites and you can get 2.5 oz for about sixteen dollars.

So I no longer think this was a good deal at all, and this isn't even what I wanted i wanted something titanium dioxide free.

Devita does make great products though, and their regular solar moisturizer is excellent.It's very confusing as to why they would advertise titanium dioxide free as a plus and then turn around and make a product containing it.

I have been using this product for a year and I like that it goes on smooth without a greasy residue. I have oily skin and my skin does not feel greasy, you don't need alot. I have been pale all summer long.

I'm white with rosacea and at high risk for melanoma, so I've tried them all. Mexoryl, nano zinc, titanium dioxide, clear zinc--I used Badger for quite a while on my arms and shoulders, and I liked how organic and natural it was. But it went on chalky, oily AND sticky. There was a lot of rubbing involved, and then washing of hands.

On my face I was using Keys Skincare Solar Rx. This was really my facial go-to sunscreen, but I preferred the feel of their regular moisturizer--the Solar Rx just feels a little tacky (sticky) and you have to rub the white away.

I can't believe this jar of DeVita. It seems like a fine cream and not sunscreen at all!

I had really planned for it to be my sunscreen for shoulders and arms, but I got the jar and put some on my face, and it's amazing. Makes my skin soft and smooth--makes me want to put MORE on, I love this stuff--smells great, absorbs quickly, nothing white, sticky or oily about it.

A friend turned me on to this. A few weeks ago we went to a street festival and we're both fair-skinned and high melanoma risk, so she stopped and asked me if I want to put on some sunscreen. I had a small tube of Solar Rx in my bag, but was curious to try hers, since the times I'd seen her use it, she never seemed desperate to wash her hands after applying it, and also seemed to enjoy applying it.

I put some on my arms and neck and we walked around--no burn. I could not believe how soft it made my skin, how clean it felt, and how good it smelled.

It's expensive, but not as expensive as some of the LaRoche Posay Mexoryl products are -and those are pure chemicals. I used them for a while, but ultimately threw them away and started looking for something with physical shield (zinc) and ingredients I could, well, eat. Aloe, for instance.

This sunscreen is my new favorite. I really can't recommend it enough.

This is the best moisturizer with SPF, I have ever used. It provides 50 SPF, is very moisturizing and yet does not leave any of the white/chalky residue usually associated with sunblock.

PROS: This sunscreen has all natural safe ingredients, is a very high SPF, goes on clear (no whitish residue), and is very light and non-greasy. This sunscreen has the best rating for safety in sunscreens from the ewg.org website. Because it is not greasy at all, it can be used on oily skin and can be reapplied and reapplied throughout the day without building up grease.

CONS: A complaint I do have is that if you get it near your eyes, this formula stings my eyes. It is actually unbearable. SO, to remedy that, I end up having to use a different sunscreen around my eyes. I use "Keys-Soap Solar Rx Therapeutic Sunblock" 30+ SPF around my eyes (see my review for that product) and so far, the Keys Soap brand has not stung my eyes. Another con is that it is not moisturizing, it can leave skin tight and prone to tiny lines. The fact that it is not oily could be a plus for some people, especially those with oily skin (see PROS above)

UPDATE: I've gotten more freckles with this product. I lowered my rating from a 4 to a 3. I don't think it works very well. It should say a 15 SPF, not a 50 SPF. False advertising! I'm still in search of a natural sunscreen that actually blocks out sun for hours. The instructions say to apply every 90 minutes (ridiculous)... who has that kind of time?

Coppertone Coppertone Sport Clear Continuous Spray Sunscreen Ultra Sweatproof Spf 50

Terrible product because it ruins your clothes by staining them.Yellowish orange stains on necks and ends of sleeves and on cuff area of bathing suit legs.Especially stains whites.Stains don't come out.Aside from the stains it is easy to apply and offers protection.

Stain warning is in very fine print on can but should be huge as it ruined many of our shirts and bathing suits and even a facecloth that we showered with...

How could a company come out with a product that stains and wrecks your clothes??

As this type of product is concerned, this is at the top of the heap.It is alcohol and glycerin based, so it moisturizes your skin without leaving it greasy.I got this at Walmart for less than what you'd be charged for it here; but wherever you buy it it's well worth the price.

It offers broad spectrum UVA/UVB protection and its active ingrediants are Avobenzone, Octisalate and Oxybenzone.Good, effective, standard ingredients found in most high-quality sunscreens--but without the white, greasy goop(!!)

Still a bit too moist and drippy to be used on the face--for that I recommend Neutrogena's Ultra Sheer SPF 55 Dry-Touch Sunblock.I still haven't found a product to beat it for dryness and effectiveness.But this product is great for all the other parts of your body that you expose to the sun on a daily basis.Also, the high SPF is a godsend with the now super-strong sun. I can't think of too many clear spray-ons that have an SPF rating of 50+.

My only complaint is that it has that strong, perfumey Coppertone smell.Oh, how I wish these products came unscented--but unfortunately most don't...As for the Continuous-Spray feature: when you spray from the can, it streams out wet like hairspray.The best way to use this is to cup your hand over the spray nozzle and spray it directly into your palm and then onto your skin.

Otherwise, I am completely satisfied with this product.

The sunscreen itself works quite well.My problem is with the continuous spray aspect.The spray is not very well controlled it sprays a very wide area.Thus a lot of the sunscreen is wasted, and I also breathed some of it in every time I applied it, even though I applied it outdoors.Because the spray was so poorly controlled, it only lasted me about a week of applying it every day.

I'd recommend a brand with a better spray application system, such as Neutrogena.

This product is the very best new delivery system one could hope for. No other sunscreen company seems to have a competing delivery system.

I am a golfer and do not want to smear traditional sun screen(s) all over my hands, apply it to my skin, then go play golf. It leaves everything a greasy and slippery, and you have to clean your hands afterward.

The spray deliver system is unique in the suncreen product area and allows you to spray it on as one would spray on insect repellent. It is "hands free"

The advantage here is that it can be applied with golf glove(s) on, it dries very quickly, is not greasy at all, lasts all day, and is a "sport" sunblock product.
