Not too tacky feeling, it's a nicely colored lip gloss, not too shiny. I like that it has spf and anti aging properties. It's a lip balm and lip gloss in one. I like the ruby and wine colors, they are really nice with my coloring (dark hair/eyes, medium skin). Perfect.
I purchased this gloss and it works well but it's not remarkable.Certainly not work $30.00.There are other glosses out there that work just as well for much less cost.
