Mary Kay Timewise Hand and Decollete Cream / SPF 15 Sunscreen

Mary Kay Timewise Hand and Decollete Cream / SPF 15 SunscreenThis is my favorite lotion. I love that it has sunscreen. It's a great, light moisturizer. I only wish that it came in a pump also!

I am hypothyroid and because of certain chemicals in this product I had a complete allergic reaction, my thyroid began to throb and I felt tired and developed a headache. I love Mary products but this one was not good for my sensitivities. Thankfully Mary Kay has 100% money back guarantee.

Chap Ice Moisturizer Humectante Lip Balm SPF 15

Chap Ice Moisturizer Humectante Lip Balm SPF 15why in the heck would i buy lip balm online and have it shipped to me when i could just pop over to a gas station? because this is the best lip balm i have ever used and amazon is the only place i could find it. buying online seems a bit extravagant, but it is totally worth it to me to actually have a product that works.

the texture is soft going on and it stays soft on your lips for hours. it's not waxy like ChapStik or Burt's Bees and you can get it PLAIN without the burny and annoying mint, cherry, or menthol flavors. why someone would add burny flavors to something you're supposed to apply to chapped lips is beyond me. it goes on smoothly and completely, and actually works to hydrate, as opposed to just sort of being a waxy covering to your lips.

love love love this stuff.

2011 Australian Gold SPF 60 Tattoo Stick Fade Protection .49 oz.

2011 Australian Gold SPF 60 Tattoo Stick Fade Protection .49 oz.Smells great and seems to work well. I read the other reviews that it was small but I still anticipated something a little bigger than I got. I think the amount you pay is much too pricy for what you get. I also bought a tatto goo color guard stick. It's practically the same size and less than half the price. I would repurchase that item before purchasing this again.

I was kinda bummed out when I got this in the mail, it's really small! maybe 1/4 the size of a stick of deodorant. It smells good though, and seems to work really well. Just wish it was bigger!

Pack of 50 Pairs of Disposable Sticky FeetI give these out to my clients at my spary tanning business...and they love them!It makes it way easier to tan them without the tanning solution sticking to their feet.I like the fact that they are disposable, and some of my clients have even left home with them on!

I was hesitant to purchase this product because I didn't think it would work.I was completely wrong, this really sticks to your feet to the point that it almost doesn't want to come off. Great for spray tanning and walking through security at the airport. Will purchase again.

Ambi Skincare Fade Cream, Normal Skin, 2 oz (56 g)

Ambi Skincare Fade Cream, Normal Skin, 2 ozI'm in my 30s and have 2 children, during both pregnancies I developed those ugly brown spots on my cheeks and around my eyes (not really Melasma known as the mask of pregnancy, they are more just scattered brown sun spots).I worked in Dermatology for 7 years as an assistant, so I am very aware these are brought out by the sun, however, even with wearing a daily SPF and avoiding sun (and it was winter) I still developed them.

They have seemed to age me and make me look tired all the time since they are so close to my eyes, I simply hated looking in the mirror. I tried 2 different prescription samples I had from my dermatology days, and didn't make one difference. I bought the very pricey Clinique Even Better Clinical Dark Spot Corrector and while that felt and smelled fabulous on my skin, after the bottle was gone 2 1/2 months later...no change.I was in a very well known store (think "Bullseye" :)and saw this for under $5, I thought, what the heck, if it doesn't work, at least it is one of the cheaper things I have tried.

I have been using it consistantly 2 x a day for 3 weeks now, and WOW! I'm very pleasantly surprised at the changes already!I will admit, I do not care for the smell, but since the product works and the smell only lasts a few seconds when you put it on, I will cont. using it.It makes my skin feel soft and the dark spots have faded dramatically! One side of my face, they are almost even invisible, while the darker side which botherd me more, has faded so much that I barely have to bother with make up on it any more. I sure wish I would have spotted this stuff sooner.

Don't forget to always wear sunscreen (SPF 15 at least in your lotion and makeup EVERYDAY!) and then heavier kinds if you are outdoors to avoid these ugly spots from recurring.

I'm interested to see if the spots fade until they are all gone or if this is the best they will get; time will tell.

I would recommend this to anyone!

Excellent for clearing up post inflammatory hyper pigmentation. I'm fair skinned (very very pale), so I scar easily. With trouble combination skin, acne, age, etc...this has been a problem I've dealt with for years, nearly decades. The problem with cystic acne is you can develop post inflammatory hyper pigmentation, which in simple terms are those dark splotchy purple/red spots that linger for months as it heals, sometimes even permanently scarring the area. And if you are older than your usual acne sufferer (ie a teenager), it takes even longer for them to go away because of the time it takes for collagen & elastin to be produced in the body. They are unsightly & seem to take forever to go away, especially if you get multiple flare ups of acne atop the same spot. Well, I finally managed to get the acne under control & decided I needed to get a product that could help clear up the dark marks left over on my cheeks. I've seen dermatologists multiple times for both acne & scarring, & although they are very capable, at times their remedies are costly. I needed something affordable and effective. I happened across this product amidst researched reviews & reports. It was priced affordably and seemed to have majority positive reviews on various sites. I did buy this elsewhere in a single tube to try it first, before investing in a multi-pack. There are two kinds: normal & oily skin. I got the one for normal, though perhaps I should have considered for oily, as it will moisturize the sites in which you apply it. But I've not broken out because of it thus far. I've used it for about a week now, apply twice a day as it recommends. I wash my face, treat it for acne, apply this (ONLY to the sites of discoloration), & top it off with sunblock. I wear sunblock anyway, but it is HIGHLY recommended that you wear it, especially when using this product. It works by inhibiting the production of melanin in the skin, within the site of application. Not using sunscreen/block, allows the spots to return once you have finishing using Ambi, because the skin's melanin is what makes us tan & freckle; protecting & reacting to the sun's rays. Thus, this will make you more photo sensitive to the sun for a while. It does have it's own sunscreen mixed in, but you should really be mindful of your skin (the largest organ of your body) & wear sunscreen everyday. & don't trust the ones only in your make up. It degrades over time & tends to be a low spf. I digress, in the short amount of time, Ambi has managed not to break me out further & the areas of extreme discoloration have already improved by 50%. I'm extremely please with the results. The majority of dark purple contrast has faded to a light pink or pale red. This type of result would have taken me weeks without assistance. Ambi recommends you use it for about 3 months & discontinue use thereafter. I would theorize that my spots will diminish adequately long before then. Remember, there is no magic cure or youth potion, but if you take care of your skin when you are in your teens & early 20's (avoiding excessive sun, wearing sunscreen, handling acne, etc...) you'll be much better off in the long run. And if you are going to use ANY lightening cream, be mindful that you are going to be more photosensitive afterwords; wear sunscreen.

I bought a spot remover from Macy's and paid $125 and it took a year to slightly fade this dark spot by my eye. When I bought this product from Amazon and used it, the spot was gone completely within a week. The area got irritated initially and got itchy in a couple if days, but that subsided.I AM SO HAPPY THE SPOT IS GONE, and I've had it for yearsit and was growing bigger every year.My doctor said to just live with it and that it was the product if aging and sun damage.Ha ha, it's gone thanks to the Ambi Skincare Faded Cream. BTW I'm a 42yr old male.

I had really high hopes for this product but was totally disappointed. When I first applied it to my face, it was incredibly oily and did not absorb into my skin. I left it thinking that eventually it would go in but it was so greasy that I eventually had to wash it off. It actually clogged my pores and made me break out. I felt like I'd rubbed Crisco on my cheek.

I may consider using it on other parts of my body but definitely won't be putting it on my face ever again.

Australian Gold SPF 30 Continuous Spray Clear, 6 ounce

Australian Gold SPF 30 Continuous Spray Clear, 6 ounceMy husband and I picked up some of the Clear Continuous Spray in the 30 SPF while vacationing in Maui. We loved it and discussed bringing some extras back. We decided we'd buy when we got back home and were really upset to find that on the US mainland it's only sold in Florida. We're thrilled to find it on Amazon.com. Good luck finding it anywhere else!

It's too bad Australian Gold is sometimes hard to find in mass retailers. This is the BEST stuff. Has that great "vacation" fragrance. Easy press spray button. Goes on evenly. Stays long. Good protection.

I'm lazy so I need a spray on sunscreen. This Aussie Gold was recommended by a friend.

Easy to apply, pleasantly fragranced, and long lasting, this stuff helped keep my milky white skin burn free in the California sun.

This sunscreen applies easily, doesn't smell horrible, and keeps me from getting sunburned (although I still get slightly tan). However it does not soak in very well. On the plus side this makes my skin shine, which is nice at the beach. On the bad side, no matter how long I wait, a grease ring develops around me as soon as I walk into the water. Works well on days when I just want to lay out and tan.

Hawaiian Tropic Instant Island Glow Daily Moisturizer with Bronzer, 1 duo pack

Hawaiian Tropic Instant Island Glow Daily Moisturizer with Bronzer, 1 duo packI've been using this product for at least 2 years and I love it.I don't even use a 'blush' anymore since this gives just a HINT of a color.A friend of mine actually asked what make-up I use since it always look like I have a 'glow' about me.I have never used just a moisturizer daily and this is helping my skin.I also love the lip gloss that comes with it.DEFINITELY worth a try.

This moisturizer is ok.I can't really tell a difference yet, but I haven't been using it that long. It's a gradual sunless tanner/bronzer...it washes off, but also builds a glow very slowly.I haven't had any problems with it irritating my skin. The gloss is OK,too dark for me, but may be perfect for someone else.

Chap Ice Bees Wax Lip Balm Stick, 24-Count

Chap Ice Bees Wax Lip Balm Stick, 24-CountBecause this old man has used lip balms since age 11, I can, at least, claim to be experienced. My use of lip balms serves a singular purpose: to prevent my lips from drying out and cracking (like many whose finger tips around the nails will crack, especially in the winter, if one does not keep the hands well lubricated).

To me there are three types of lip balms by texture: waxy the traditional Chap Stick made by Wyeth; oily or greasy Lypsyl, especially the versions distributed in Canada and Europe made by Lornamead; and those variously in between e.g. Chap-Ice made by Oralabs. To me each has a place: waxy maximum retention; oily best for billing and cooing (youngsters may have to ask their grandparents about that one); and everyday use.

Apart from the texture, a second equally important characteristic is flavoring which yields, of course, flavored an unflavored (essentially) products. One question (or its variants) always on my mind is, "Do I want to use an exquisite Pinot Noir as a chaser for my lip balm?" No! Because I use lip balms round the clock, I tend to avoid flavored products that will contribute to the flavor of food and drink.

A third characteristic of lip balms is whether or not they are medicated; specifically, do they contain camphor, menthol, phenol, (e.g., Blistex, Carmex.) or, in the case of sunscreens, octyl methoxycinnamate (perhaps the most widely used sunscreen ingredient today, replacing PABA).I do not care about this characteristic one way or another except as it contributes to texture and flavoring as noted above.

I tried Chap-Ice because of its cost: at $0.64 per 0.15 oz tube it is the least expensive I have found. If "1" is greasy or oily and "10" is waxy, I would classify Chap-Ice at about a "6." The Beeswax Lip Balm variety that I purchased (about which this review refers) contains: Sunflower Oil, Beeswax, Coconut Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Castor Oil, "N&A Flavors," and Corn Oil. It also contains butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT) which is a fat preservative. When smelled or first applied, there is an aroma a flavor that dissipates very quickly; it also imparts a slight warm sensation.

In a word, I like Chap-Ice. It has enough body (no so greasy) so that it lasts a reasonable length of time for me; the aroma/flavoring and sensation of warmth dissipate quickly so as not to contaminate food or drink, or otherwise be on my mind; and, at $0.64 a tube, it is an exceptional buy (after it arrived and I tried it, I went back to Amazon and purchased their remaining stock; no fear, however, they immediately posted that they would have a new supply in 3 days).

Nonetheless mindful that one person's food is another's poison, I think lip balm users will find Chap-Ice a most satisfactory, everyday lip balm. Given that it is not entirely waxy, I suspect that it would serve nicely for protracted billing and cooing; sadlly, I have no one my immediate circle with whom to test my theory.

Baby Gentle Tear Free Shampoo and Body Wash - 8 oz - Liquid ( Multi-Pack)

Avalon Gentle Tear-Free Baby Shampoo & Body Wash, 8-Ounce BottlesNew formula.Purple label has yellow letters with "NEW, More Sustainable" and a flower picture above "baby."The good one has a picture of an orange duck with "sulfate-free" on the label. The 'new' formula has a sulfate in it.If you're going to try and read the ingredients on the label, get out a magnifier. It must be in the smallest print size allowed by law.

Here we go:

Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Aqua (Water), Sodium Coco-Sulfate, Decyl Glucoside, Sodium Chloride, Glycerin, Lauryl Lactyl Lactate, Arnica Montana Flower Extract, Avena Sativa (Oat) Bran, Calendula Officinalis Flower Extract, Camellia Sinesis Leaf Extract, Chamomilla Recutita (Matricaria) Flower Extract, Lavandula Angustifolia (Lavender) Flower Extract, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis Helianthus Annus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Beta-Glucan, Citric Acid, Sodium Sulfate, Alcohol, Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate, Limonene.

Bottle promotes 70% organic ingredients.

"Product is preserved with Sodium Benzoate."

So ... orange duck bottle promoting 'sulfate-free' on label ... replaced by 'new' formula that includes sodium sulfate ... among other things like alcohol.

The organge duck formula smells like an orange and the smell rapidly goes away. Can shower in it and not smell like an orange afterwards (goes away rapidly). The flower bottle ('new' formula) smells like a rotting orange. The smell lasts on the body and I had to use other soap to wash off the unpleasant odor.

The orange duck has no mention of HAIN Celestial Group. The 'new' formula bottle has "Manufactured for Distribution By: (c) 2011 The HAIN CELESTIAL GROUP, INC."

On the Avalon Organics website, only the new bottle is displayed with the flower and new formula under the Baby page.I get the impression the orange duck formula is no more.

Find something that works and works well ... then they change it.Do they let people decide by offering the new formula along with the original?Apparently not.

I absolutely love this stuff.I've used it on both of my boys since they were born. When my husband complained that my infant son didn't have the typical Johnson & Johnson baby smell, I did let him use the traditional Johnson and Johnson baby wash stuff a few times.A couple of days later, at a checkup, the pediatrician noticed some eczema on my son's back and flat out said not to use the washes that are full of fragrances. So, I won the argument with my husband and over two years and another baby later, this is the only thing we'll use.Even my husband is a believer now!!

If my son showers at his cousin's, I'm ready to puke from the overpowering perfume smell.Avalon Organics does have a very soft clean scent, but it's not perfumey in any way. Suds up well, cleans the boys well, rinses easily, doesn't sting their eyes. Also, a little goes a long way.I probably use about 1 bottle a month for 2 boys getting daily baths.Love it!

We have used this product for three years--two children--and loved it.However, I recently received the new version of the product and was extremely disappointed. It shoots out of the bottle like water, no longer maintaining the properties of a shower gel.Additionally, Avalon Organics changed the preservatives in the formula to include potassium sorbate and sodium benzoate--the last one is particularly terrible when combined with ascorbic acid.Unfortunately, after three years+ of loyal use, we will no longer be purchasing this due to the unnecessary modifications to a once great product.

Banana Boat SPF#50 Sport Lip Balm 0.1oz.

Banana Boat SPF#50 Sport Lip Balm 0.1oz.I wish I could give this lip balm 10 stars. What makes it so special? There are other high SPF lip balms-ChapStick makes an SPF 30, and Hawaiian Tropic has lip balms in SPF 45. I've tried these other lip balms and they work very well at protecting against sunburn and moisturizing the lips. However, ChapStick and Hawaiian Tropic both taste horrible. They have flavors, but after a few minutes you wind up with a chemical taste in your mouth. Banana Boat has no flavor, but it doesn't give you the nasty sunscreen taste either. You just get great protection and moisturization without any taste at all. I'll never be without it again.

Neutrogena Men Triple Protect Face Lotion Spf 20, 1.7 Oz (Pack of 3)

Neutrogena Men Triple Protect Face Lotion Spf 20, 1.7 OzI bought a sampler tube of this at Target just to see if a post-shave lotion could help my irritated skin. Shaving with either a razor blade or an electric shaver always leaves my skin, especially my neck, very irritated.

The first time I used this lotion I was amazed at how quickly it soothed my skin.

A couple of other advantages: No fragrance, non-oily feel after it has absorbed in, and SPF 20 sun block protection.

Face lotion isn't just for women...

I picked up a tube of the Neutrogena Triple Protect lotion off a clearance rack at the Giant to see if it would soothe razor burn and moisturize at the same time. I was amazed at just how quickly the lotion soothed my skin. Using it at home and at the gym made a huge difference. There is no fragrance and the lotion has very soothing effects. The SPF is an added bonus. Having very sensitive skin that is easily irritated, particularly with heat and friction, this product worked wonders.

I highly recommend the Triple Protect Lotion and am in the process of placing an order so that I do not have to use anything else. Unfortunately there haven't been any packages on the clearance table over the past several months.I was a little disappointed that Santa forgot to deliver some this holiday season but the offer on Amazon for 3 tubes is very good.

This lotion is perfect for guys with sensitive skin or acne (or both). It immediately soothes razor burn and gets rid of those unsightly bumps and redness on your neck. It's also strong enough you keep your skin moisturized if you're using acne products that are tough in your skin (Benzoyl Peroxide, Salicylic Acid etc). Lastly, it's very mildly scented, so you don't smell like you've been taking your girlfriend's products.

My only word of caution is not to rely on it for sun protection if you are swimming or active. It's not sweat/water proof, so it will come off.Use an actual sunscreen if you are on the beach or playing sports.

!!!Here are some tips I've picked up having used this lotion for a while!!!

If you are prone to razor burn and irritation while shaving try putting a little of this lotion on the night before.I've found this is especially helpful on my neck, minimizing razor bumps and redness after shaving.

Also, I know everyone is trying to save a little money, so when you have squeezed the last drops out of the tube DO NOT throw it away. These bottles are very easy to cut through so just grab some scissors and cut it in half. You'll find there's a couple days worth left in there that you can't get to otherwise.

I'm a dude... as such, skin care is usually touted as gay, and products for men are few and far between, or they just rebrand some feminin product, and I smell like a fruit.(edible kind, maybe a melon).Anyhoo, I use this in Afghanistan every day, and I am very pleased with it.Fairly neutral scent, not greasy, and keeps my skin from burning... what else can I say?Oh, and I have pretty sensitive skin, and this has not caused any breakouts.Enjoy!
