Kerastase has done it again!Soleil Huile Celeste gives hair shine, protects from the sun, and most importantly DOES NOT flatten hair!Most of this type of product is loaded with silicone that makes my hair flat--and that is nearly impossible with my curly/frizzy/thick hair. I like the product but it is only a little hard to use it. When you apply to the hair it falls down in the floor giving it a lot of grease feel and look. I have to use it very carefully over the bathroom sink, since I need to apply before I go out to play tennis.

The comment I sometimes get when friends borrow this is, "something smells like sunscreen." And I say, "yeah, that's because there's sunscreen in there." And then the conversation is over. And then I found $20.

Yes, it does smell a bit like sunscreen, but that is only right after you've put it on. Goes away in a minute or two. Beyond that, no complaints whatsoever.

I haven't had any problems with stained clothes like I've seen on some of the other reviews. The lotion feels light enough without feeling watery, doesn't leave a greasy film, and protects your skin from the sun while keeping it moisturized. Great deal, if you ask me.

Has spf but that causes your clothing to stain if it gets in contact with it + sweat or water.

I've heard people say the texture is weird? If you put it on after you shower--a daily shower's not so bad---it absorbs instantly and doesn't feel greasy at all. It smells a bit beach-y at first and if you smell it real close it still has that sunscreen smell. Doesn't bother me. This is exactly what I was looking for. Fantastic tanning spray! I am light-skinned and very rare have a wonderful color like that. Excellent product. Highly recommended!!!

Overall, I really like this tanning oil.The texture isn't overly greasy; I don't worry about it getting on my clothes.When applied, it looks like a light oil with a nice shine rather than a heavy grease.It smells great.

The only drawback is that the spray bottle is hard to use.The bottle itself inevitably gets oily, as you have to spread the oil around a bit on your skin after spraying it on.Once this happens, though, it's virtually impossible to hold the bottle and spray it with the same hand.I've had to resort to holding it in one hand and pushing the spray head with the other, and then setting the bottle down to spread the oil on my skin.It's a pain, but not enough of one to deter me from using the product (I just with they'd package it differently!).

Love the Hawaiian Tropic line of tanning and sunscreen products!! This is the first product I've had issue with and its due to the poor bottle design.I'll address the products itself first.GREAT lovely tropical smell (no one does this better than HT!)... it feels great on the skin and rubs in and absorbs and doesn't leave you feels like an oiled turkey.The shaking of the product to creative the "fusion" is a headache...you have to shake every few seconds to maintain the mix, it separates almost immediately.Add to this the fact that the bottle and your hands inevitably get slick fromthe products, and add to the the shape of the bottle and my small hands and its a train wreck trying to pump this thing after the first few initial pumps.Want to LOVE this product, but unfortunately the execution needs work :-/

I am very disappointed with the Smart Shade line.This product comes out of the tube an off white color with dark flacks in it.I am very disappointed with the Smart Shade line. When you rub the foundation in.It is supposed to math your shade of the skin.I have light skin with golden undertones.When I rubbed the light foundation into my skin it turned a very yellow shade that was much dark than my skin. I could not get this to blend into the right shade. When you first put the make up on it feels light but as it wears it gets very heavy and cakey.It was very hard to remove in the evening.

I have tried applying this make up several times to figure out how to apply it best.I have had mixed results.I think this is because it is hard to see where you are applying it.The product is similar to applying a moisturizer.It is very easy to apply uneven layers or put too much or little on.This is also a little expensive for drugstore make up.I will stick to mineral make ups.

I bought this to try it out, for usually Iwear bareMinerals as a foundation because of my sensitive skin.

Unfortunately, I found that, 1, it's actually too dark for my skintone (I wonder what their idea of "light" skin" is?) and that 2, it gives my bluish-pink skin a serious orange cast that anyone who knows me and has seen me with makeup on can see and it's not attractive.

I suppose that if you have peachy skin (which I do not) this would be a great foundation for you, but not for me.

Then it probably is. Such is the case with Almay's Smart Shade. I have pale skin, and this shade (their lightest) did not even come close to matching my skin tone. As other reviewers have noted, the shade is too orange and is inconsistent.Foundation is supposed to smooth out flaws and look like it's barely there; this product makes it very obvious that you are wearing makeup....and not wearing it well! To add insult to injury, the dark circles under my eyes were even accentuated!

If you have peachy skin, and a lot of time to spend in the morning to make sure that this foundation is rubbed in with just the right amount for each square centimeter of skin, then you'll have no problem with this shade and foundation.

The rest of us should definitely buy another product!

i got this tanning lotion with summer coming and i have big plans and decided to buy this and see if it does anything for me. i am not some person who is obsessed with their body nor do i tan well at all...actually i burn, really bad. with the 30x times bronzers though and good price i figured id give it a shot especially since i work outside and the weather is perfect right now for this kind of thing. anyway ive been using this product for about a week and i have a really nice dark even tan. i dont think my tan has ever looked this good and its a natural look as well. im really happy with the results im getting thus far with this product. ive even been asked by some ladies how i do it and i just tell them i use this. the only thing i was worried about is that i didn't want some girly smell and this lotion doesn't smell bad but has a vanilla type scent that kind of sticks with you but no one will notice unless they are basically on top of you. my cologne hides it well. all in all i like this hardcore tanning lotion but i have to admit its the first time ive used one. one other thing to mention is that it leaves my hands greasy so i wash them after applying. this was somewhat to be expected though. anyway i think ive covered everything. hope my review helped!

I wore this scent in high school and just rediscovered it still love it.It is difficult to describe as there is no other scent even similar to it.It is a very light and clean scent and has a hint of baby power smell.It is a strong perfume and stays on all day so it can be very overwhelming if you use much (I usually use a lot of perfume)...but with Lou Lou just a small spray does the trick all day...I'm not great at describing the scent but it smells like white flowers to me a very very clean smell :-)

Really displeased. Should've listened to other reviewer who said this was old. It is. I've bought this for years and know what it should smell like, and this isn't it. Then, when I tried to return it, there was no option because it contains alcohol. Well, why is it ok to ship it TO me, but not to receive it FROM me? That should've been called out very clearly on the product page. I would've purchased it somewhere else. I spend a pretty fair amount of money with Amazon, and I am not happy.

Clear Zinc goes on much more clear than many other such sunscreens I have tried (e.g., Blue Lizard). Protection is outstanding. My only complaint is that I'd prefer it not to have so many chemical sunscreens compared with zinc oxide or titanium dioxide. On the other hand, that would probably make it go on less clear. Overall, a good product that holds up to lots of sun and sweat.

Bought this after reading many recs to use zinc containing sunscreen. I was tired of the white 'Casper' look with other brands I've tried. I have found that sunscreen with both zinc and titanium will not rub in clear. While that offers the best protection it gets irritating since I'm pretty white as it is. This does contain oxybenzene which is thought to be something to stay away from but is the active ingredient in almost all store bought sunscreens. I think this is what makes it rub on clear which it does very well. I spent a week in the Caymans and used this only twice a day. It stayed on a very long time and I for once never got burnt!After returning from my trip I bought 4 more to stock up for the summer. Also bought the no tear version for kids. Easier to rub in and doesn't sting kids eyes as stated.
