Clear Zinc goes on much more clear than many other such sunscreens I have tried (e.g., Blue Lizard). Protection is outstanding. My only complaint is that I'd prefer it not to have so many chemical sunscreens compared with zinc oxide or titanium dioxide. On the other hand, that would probably make it go on less clear. Overall, a good product that holds up to lots of sun and sweat.
I am pale.I burn like a &#*$#$*%.I don't like chemical sunscreens.I magically found this stuff, and it's fantastic.It turns you a little bit of a pasty tone, but it soaks in and is completely invisible in a bit.It is semi-waterproof.I've blown through about 4 bottles of this stuff thus far, and while I do still have to wear a hat, etc., this does the job better than anything else I've come across.

Bought this after reading many recs to use zinc containing sunscreen. I was tired of the white 'Casper' look with other brands I've tried. I have found that sunscreen with both zinc and titanium will not rub in clear. While that offers the best protection it gets irritating since I'm pretty white as it is. This does contain oxybenzene which is thought to be something to stay away from but is the active ingredient in almost all store bought sunscreens. I think this is what makes it rub on clear which it does very well. I spent a week in the Caymans and used this only twice a day. It stayed on a very long time and I for once never got burnt!After returning from my trip I bought 4 more to stock up for the summer. Also bought the no tear version for kids. Easier to rub in and doesn't sting kids eyes as stated.
