This is without question the best and most effective sunscreen I have ever used. I am on Retin-A-Micro, an acne medication that makes my sun very sensitive and susceptible to sun damage. I have used numerous sunscreens that don't work and on a whim, I decided to try this product during a ten hour day at an amusement park. I applied the sunscreen three times over a ten hour period, and for the first time, I didn't get a single spot of sunburn. This sunscreen smells pleasant, goes on smoothly, and didn't cause a breakout. I highly recommend this product, and I will be purchasing more bottles the next time I go to the drugstore.
This is one of the best sunscreens that I've ever used. I've used this when out swimming and walking in 100+ degree weather and didn't get burned at all, even without reapplication. It is very waterproof and doesn't get milky when wet.
It has a light citrus scent but it's not overbearing at all. It's easy to apply and doesn't stain clothing. It's also non-greasy and I use it all over my body and face. It doesn't cause breakouts and feels good on the skin.
The only bad side is that it is a bit expensive but I'm willing to pay the price for a great product.

Our kids our so fair skinned that we've had them checked for anemia, and I burn/freckle easily. We used this yesterday for an early afternoon pool party with the sun fully out. Both the kids and we the parents used it (much easier to use the same thing for everyone!). It goes on easily, doesn't smell weird, and isn't as greasy as block we've used in the past. We reapplied once in the approximately 4 hours we were outside. None of us got so much as a red spot! I just tried to use this product on my 6 year old sun.When I applied to his face, he felt severe burning that caused him to cry out in pain.He had come out of a public pool maybe an hour prior, so there may have been pool chemicals that reacted with the product.(This is "wet skin kids beach & pool" product.)The burn and the crying lasted about 20 minutes before we could get to a place where he could wash it off.I had also applied to his arms and there was no burning on the arms.My son has never experienced this with another sunscreen product.Save 77% Off

This is one mighty little bottle, it goes on light and silky and protects you pretty much all day long, unless... Unless you take a swim in chlorinated waters, which wash away the product and after you really really have to reapply.I boasted about the product to a chem. professor, who read the ingredients and told me to reapply after pool.It is fine in the ocean's salt water though.
Beyond this, it's great.We just came back from the scorching sun of the carribeah where my so-white-it-hurts-your-eyes daughter spent hours in the sun with nothing but a swim diaper and kinesys on it, and she did not even get pink.Of course, i reapplied after and during pool.

We are lake people and sped every weekend at the lake or in our pool from March until October.This is all we have used for about 6 years.It sprays on which makes applying to your back, shoulders and legs so easy.It smells good and it dries very quick.Although it says it is very water resistant, you still are better off to reapply it after you get out of the water and after you dry off.If it is sprayed on while you are still wet, it has a white runny look that has to be rubbed in like a regular lotion.Used alone, we have never had any problems with it staining our clothes or swim suits butif you use it over any type of self tanning lotions, sprays or salon tanning misters, it will come off on your clothes.We learned this after a trip where we had used it.Big mistake.Use this spray by itself and not combined with anything that contains self tanners.If you have a spray tan, then you probably do not want to use this product as it I s a tanning spray with some sunscreen to help you keep from burning.It is not a sunscreen...
I use the same product for 2-3 years now. I never had this problem before. But then again I only use it with bathing suit and the product is usually dry by the time I had to put on sunscreen.
It is very easy to apply this product to every bit of my body by my self which is very importatnt when you go on a vacation alone. It is a nightmare to try to apply ordinary sunscreen on your back :)

I had already used this product from a store purchase and really liked it so when it came time to replace it, I didn't want to search for it in a store.So for convenience, decided to purchase online.Works well for an "instant" tan.Does wear off some on clothing though.Wash hands thoroughly after applying.Can streak upon application if not careful.Wait longer than it recommends before dressing.
Maybe not the best if you are in a situation where you'll get your legs wet. And maybe not the best if you sleep on white sheets (without washing product off).
Otherwise, quick, leg smoothing (I only used it on my white legs) medium tan, easy to apply. The problem is that Nutragena has discontinued it!

I am the type of bug magnet that people love to take with, because when I am around nobody else gets bitten. If there is a bug within 100 yards, it will be near me. Know this, entomologists!! 4.5 starsI'm actually pretty pleased with this.I haven't used Covergirl foundation in several years because it started to disappoint me.When this came out, I read some positive reviews on other sites and thought, "What the heck, I'll give this a try."It's actually better than I was expecting.
First of all (I hope this isn't confusing), I like that you can twist the pump one way to open it up completely and then turn it the other way to close it so that none comes out, on top of putting the lid on it (This is also done on some face washes or moisturizers so if you have them you know what I'm talking about).The product is very light and feels very comfortable on my skin; it doesn't feel gross at all.Matched with this is the fact that it gives really great coverage and it's easy to blend.It dries to a matte finish.As for lasting power, it controls oil for most of the day.Sometimes when I remove it at night, my forehead is shiny but it doesn't feel greasy.For reference, I have oily, acne-prone skin.This product does not dry out my skin or make me break out.
I also like that on Covergirl's website, you can answer a few questions and get "color-matched."I'm sure it's not as reliable as a makeup counter in a department store (because it's up to you to pick the answer that best fits) but it's accurate and I think it's great for people who aren't sure what shade they are.
Bottom line: This is a lightweight formula that is easy to blend and does a really good job of covering imperfections.It feels light and comfortable on your skin and stays on all day, keeping you matte for most of it.The price is reasonable (around $10 in stores), the pump on the bottle is nice, and it is a good match to my skin tone.I'd recommend and I may be going back to Covergirl foundations with this product.

I think this a really good foundation if you are looking for something very wearable, everyday basis. It gives medium coverage right away, I apply it with my real techniques face brush, but it's very buildable... because it's liquid enough that you can play around a bit before it totally sets and then you can go again and apply more if you need/want it. So I dont agree that it has "the coverage of a concealer" because it doesnt, I have darkness under my eyes and this alone doesnt do the job.But oh my gosh. The feeling that you get in your skin is a powdery-velvety one, I dont know quite how to put my finger on it. But I really like it, my skin looks matte but it still has some luminescence after NOT an oily finish. And it does last through the day just as if you would have used a primer.
I totally recommend it! Considering: I really dont have any sever skin issues, like dark spots or scars. I just get a few pimples when im around my period, and of course my undereye circles. My skin type is combo (Somewhat oily on my T-zone and dry (really dry sometimes) on my cheeks)
P.S. I have found that the foundation does cling on my dry patches so that makes me think that this isnt for someone with purely dry skin.

This is the best drugstore foundation I have tried yet. I used a sponge applicator and used maybe half a pea sized amount covered my entire face. I have sun spots and redness and this foundation covered every bit of it. I have fair skin and this color blended perfectly and doesn't look fake. It does not sink into my pores, which I was worried about since I have combination skin/T-zone problems. I started using this foundation about a month ago and I have not stopped using it since. This is my go-to foundation and I use it daily.I have oily/combination skin and this keeps me non-shiny and smooth all day.
PROS:
-Stays on ALL day, doesn't smudge or slide.
-Color matches well and they have a good color selection.
-Sets quickly, stays matte all day.
-Works great with oily/combination skin.
CONS:
-Has good coverage, but I still need concealer for my under-eye area.
I would highly recommend this to anyone who doesn't want to spend too much on foundation but is looking for a foundation that is wonderful!

The product was very expensive
Though I still have the occasional break-out (do they ever end?), I purchased the LED Photon Beauty Light primarily for my aging, 59 year-old skin. The first unit arrived with a broken hinge. I contacted the seller through Amazon and attached a picture of the damage. The seller could not have been nicer. They immediately shipped a replacement, then emailed me a few days later to see if I had received the replacement. I had not, but considering it came from half-way around the world, I thought the shipping time quite reasonable. It arrived, undamaged, two days after the email. The directions were in Chinese, so I searched in vain for a website. Emailed seller again, informing them that I had received the unit but needed an English translation of the directions. Within 24 hours, I received a reply with English (well sort-of) instructions attached. During my search for instructions, I had stumbled on some controversy about the safety of exposing unprotected eyes to the blue light and the possibility of permanent eye damage if used without eye protection, so... I sent yet another email asking about eye safety as this was not mentioned anywhere in the directions. Sidebar: the unit does come with goggles but I wanted to know if I had to use them as I was hoping to also treat my eyelids and surrounding skin. Again within 24 hours, I received another email assuring me that the light was safe for the eyes but the goggles were included for comfort. Sidebar two: Please do your own research and form your own conclusions about this safety issue.
So, armed with all of this information, I use the unit on program #1. I am dismayed to discover that it cycles through the yellow, red and blue lights in about 10 minutes. Sketchy web information on red light phototherapy suggests that the treatment time should be about 20 minutes. I even saw 40 minutes mentioned. So I sit through several cycles.
While impatiently waiting for my LED Photon Beauty Light, I had also purchased a red (only) LED portable mask (also offered on Amazon), and I have used the mask for longer (untimed) periods in the evening while watching TV. I must also mention that I take prescription, compounded bio-identical hormonesgenerous doses of vitamins C and D, pycnogenol and hyaluronic acid supplements for my skin. So this is certainly not a scientific before-and-after report. There are far too many variables for that.
I have now been using the Photon Beauty Light almost daily for a week. Today, I had a non-skin-related appointment at my Dermatologist's Skin Spa. As I walked in, the twenty-something aesthetician who knows me well said, "Your skin looks flawless". Flawless? "I'll certainly take flawless (as a compliment)", I said. "Must be the BB Cream makeup and the phototherapy." She nodded, knowingly, "Oh, yes." I returned home, washed off the BB Cream, sat through two more program #1 sequences (music helps) and then examined my bare face. "Did I leave some makeup under my eyes", I pondered. "No, I used two soapings and rinsing of a gentle cleanser."Nothing is covered up. The red veins around my eyes and broken capillaries around my nose are practically gone. IN A WEEK! Seriously? Now, still not believing several hours later, I get up and look in the mirror again just prior to sitting down to write this review (my first, by the way). "Yep, still almost gone."
Was it only the Photon Beauty light or a synergistic combination of the supplements and the light or something else altogether? I don't know, but I am certainly not going to methodically try one thing at a time to try to find out. I am simply going to run with this and enjoy the good voodoo. St.Tropez Self Tan Bronzing Mousse (select size)
I have ultra fair skin. My skin tone falls somewhere between Snow White and translucent. I can go outside in the sun for 15 minutes and get a burn. I've even been told I glow in the dark.With that said, St. Tropez is the first self tanner that ever looked like a REAL natural tan on me. Like most everyone else I have tried everything and always looked silly waiting for my newest mistake to wear off. I worked in a tanning salon years ago, and even then the color I got from tanning beds looked fake on me. People always asked if it was a bottled tan, and that was my actual skin color!
I don't smell anything when applying this. After any self tanner has been on for many hours it starts to product a scent. It's the exact same smell with all brands, because it's the chemicals developing. The only difference is what fake perfumey smell each brand tries to mask it with. St. Tropez doesn't give it any smell, so it isn't until MANY hours later, after the tan has developed (and when you should be in washing off the bronzer) that there is a smell.
In the last 2 years using this product, I have never had an issue with streaking, and I am not sure how you can. As long as the bronze mousse applied is covering your skin, than the area gets tanned evenly. The bronze mousse color itself will look streaky sometimes while applying, but that's what you wash off once your tan has developed. Don't plan on putting this stuff on and going out shopping for the day. It's something you will want to put on before bed at night so you can wake up, hop in the shower to wash off the bronzer and come out with a phenomenal brown tan.
* * * * My steps for the perfect St. Tropez tan for those with ridiculously fair skin: * * * *
1) Shower: At night, an hour or so before going to bed take a shower. Get a rag and some serious exfoliating scrub. The best are sugar or salt scrubs (this Tree Hut Shea Sugar Body Scrub, Coconut Lime is my favorite). They are coarse, but by taking the time to do this step the self tanner lasts a lot longer and doesn't get patchy after a few days as your skin naturally exfoliates. Be sure to get around the ankles, knees and elbows well.
2) Dry off well: Once out of the shower, dry off. Put on some PJ's or a robe and go do something for 15 minutes so your skin can start to fully get dry from the shower. This is a good time to do that last minute things. Check your Facebook, let the dogs out one last time, figure out what your wearing tomorrow, etc.
3) Application: Before starting with the self tanner, take a dab of some kind of lotion and apply a small amount to your elbows, knees and hands. This will help keep the tanner from over saturating this skin and keep everything looking natural. Assuming you also purchased a St. Tropez Tanning Essentials Tan Applicator Mitt, apply 3 or so pumps of the mousse to the mitt and begin applying to your legs. Once you have covered them, us what little bit is absorbed into the mitt to rub onto your feet. You don't need to be able to see the bronze mousse on them, trust me the tanner is there. Be sure to get between your toes and all the way to bottom sides of your feet.
Next pump more mousse on the mitt and apply to torso and arms. Last I apply to the neck and use whats left still absorbed into the mitt on my face. By the time you have finished your upper half, your lower half will be dry. Next wash your hands with soap an water (even using the mitt you'll probably still get a little on your hands) and dry them well. But then before rinsing off the mitt, rub the backs of your hands and wrists with the mitt to apply a super light coat of the tanner to them. Just like the feet you wont see it there, but it will develop and blend nicely.
Drying: By the time you have touched up your hands, the rest of you will be sufficiently dry to put on something to wear to bed.If it's a hot night, make sure to have a fan or air condition on so you don't sweat your tan off all night.
The perfect tan: The next morning you will wake up and the bronzer will probably make you look all dirty. Your face will look a mess and you will probably smell. I call this "going to bed with mud on". The bronzer will most likely look patchy or streaky, but not to worry just hop in the shower. You will see a bunch of brown going down the drain. Get out and pat skin dry. You will discover under all that messy brozer has developed the most gorgeous brown (not orange) tan. You will go in looking a mess and come out a tanned goddess (looking about 5 lbs thinner I might add, since tanned skin looks toner.)
After 3 or 4 days, repeat the process with the exfoliating scrub again. Your tan may look patchy after you exfoliate well, but you will be applying a fresh tan on top of it, so it won't be a problem.
TIP: On days where you want to give your tan a little boost in color, or you've waited too long between applications and your starting to get a little variation in your skins tan because of the skin naturally exfoliating, use some St. Tropez Wash Off Instant Glow Mousse 4oz. It's goof proof and can make a perfect tan look even more phenomenal.

I really like this product. I've used it in the past and i was always happy with it. I stopped using it when i found it to be too expensive. I have quite pale skin and freckles so ive always had bad luck with with self tanners like this and they usually look too orange-so i've always stuck with the tanning moisturisers (which work brill too "dove"). I used this the first time without gloves and although the package says its ok -it's not! lol. I did have to scrub really hard a few times to take the colour off the palms of my hands.
I took a shower and exfoliated my skin top to toe. I then dried off (completely)and waited a few mins. I then moisturised my ankles,knees and elbows (i didnt do my face but if you do make sure you moisturise the hairline and put vasaline over your eyebrows so it doesnt stain them).
Then i put on some walmart bought latex gloves (you can prob buy them anywhere quite cheap and they're disposable)and pumped a few squirts of the product on my palms. It's always best to start from the feet upwards section by section ...ex: calves, thighs,buttocks,stomach...etc.
The great thing about this one is that it doesnt go on clear...it has a tint to it already so you can see where you've missed or where there is more or less andyou can add , ALSO you have a tan showing straight away even though the actual look develops over a 4hr period.
It dries within a minute so try not to get dressed straight away. It also says try not to sweat or get wet for about 4 hrs so its probably best to put it on before beda tip i use is i put a bit of talcum powder in creases that could just get naturally worn (inside of elbows and behind knees)but wait for the product to fully dry first. After 24hrs take a shower and you will have a great natural looking tan.
It does last thats the great thing but the smell is just stillthe smell of fake tan...so i smell like a cookie after ive applied it..but you can daily apply your usual moisturiser so the smell does go.

What I have read about this mousse is true it does give a natural brownish tan, with no hint of orange. Application was easy due to the tinted mousse, as you could see any spots that you might have missed. Color developed within three hours, and the yucky DHA smell wasn't as bad as other products I have used. My only caution with this mousse is to use some latex gloves to apply it it WILL turn your cuticles a strange brown color, even if you scrub well afterwards and use a tan remover. So do yourself a favor and use an applicator or gloves to put this on.

This is without question the best self-tanner I have ever used. Jergen's, L'oreal, SUN Labs (second best), Victoria's Secret, Coppertone, Banana Boat, Neutrogena, Hawaiian Tropic; you name it, I've tried it. None of them hold a candle, save for SUN Labs. As with any self-tanner, thoroughly exfoliate your entire body and moisturize dry spots prior to application (PLEASE wear gloves) and you will not be disappointed. It is absorbent and dries fairly quickly and while I never experience much color transfer, I wouldn't wear light colors or nice garments after application.
