The product works well as advertised. It goes on very white, almost like what you see lifeguards putting on their nose, and then rubs in leaving you looking slightly pale. The directions do not indicate if you are supposed to leave it in it's whitest stages, or if rubbing it in affects the sun blocking attributes. This product does not go on clear as indicated on the tube even with plenty of rubbing it left a significant white cast on my skin.Additionally, the tube indicates this is a sport sunscreen, which to me means that it is a least somewhat water resistant. However, as soon as I dipped my feet in the water, I could see the sunscreen dripping all over.My husband was burned badly using this sunscreen. My expectations are realistic, I do expect to re-apply after going in the water, but a sport sunscreen should provide protection in the water for at least the first 10 minutes or so.
On the pros, the ingredient list is nice.If you are very pale and don't plan to sweat or go in the water this may work for you.
