I've been using this for a couple of years now.If memory serves, the instructions say to use it a few times a week, and that's how I started out.Then I started using it just twice a week, and now I use it just once a week (I do use the lotion every morning, but sparingly).My face remains smooth and soft to the touch I'm 48 and my face feels like my 22 year old nieces'.I love this stuff.When it first came out it was $25.00 I'm so glad it's dropped in price.
