My main criteria for an everyday moisturizer is:

1. non-greasy

2. has SPF

3. low toxicity according to the Safe Cosmetics Database

4. affordable

This product hits all of what I'm looking for.

1. I have normal to oily skin. This product did not make my face feel greasy or oily after I blended it in (as other moisturizer+spf products I've used in the past). My face had a nice dewy feeling after putting on this moisturizer, and I was able to apply concealer and powder foundation over this product without any problems. After a week of use my face didn't break out, or show any adverse reactions.

2. Zinc oxides are a great type of sunscreen, but unfortunately most of the products I've ever used with zinc oxide is EXTREMELY difficult to completely rub into the skin. This was pleasantly not an issue for me, the moisturizer is white, but spreads easily and disappears into the skin so I don't look like a ghost after applying this product.

3. It's a futile attempt to try to have no exposure to any toxins with everything we come across in our life. But for a daily product, I really wanted something that had a low toxicity rating on the Skin Deep Cosmetics Database, and this one was one of the lowest for moistruizer+spf that's still within my budget.

4. There are some steep discounts right now, and totally worth it.

This is the first review I've done for any type of cosmetics, but I just feel compelled to share this find. Hope others will also find it to be amazing as I have.

This product does go on thick (if you apply it correctly).I used this during the summer months under makeup or with translucent powder.It works great and I did not burn at all.Lasts all day.This product is more for dry skin.If you have slightly oily skin or very oily, avoid this product.It will look greasy on.
