I was really skeptical before buying this product because it didn't have many reviews and it didn't mention lightening for what I wanted it for. Let me just say, I'm pleasantly surprised that the few reviews it did have were right on target. I bought this about a week and a half ago, and my scar has already faded a great deal. Actually, it's not a scar. I had a dark patch between my breasts that internet research identified as "insulin resistance." It was unsightly to me and I wanted a quick fix. This was perfect. It worked slowly at first, and then after one good scrub in the shower when the week was up, it's like the cream loosened up the pigment on the skin because it basically rubbed right off! Not rubbed the skin raw, but just the dark part came off. I was astonished. I'm going to keep using it until it's 100% gone, but it's 80% better than it was before. I'm also using it on acne scars on my face. The lighter ones are already 95% gone and the more stubborn ones are slowly fading every day.
