This is a white powder with sunscreen in it. perfect for on top of my sunscreen or moisturizer for daily use.It will make you a tad paler because it's not tointed.There are tinted powders out there, but they cost a bunch more.I put it into a small jar with a sifter and use a brush to apply.love it!
