This is one of the few products that does not make me break out. Does not go on too thick and moisture lasts all day.

All of Murad moisturizing creams are excellent, you use very little to cover you face and neck, the sun screen is a definite plus.

Why, why, why can't anyone make a facial moisturizer with a sunscreen that doesn't sear your eyes !I expected more out of Murad.I'm not a long time user.I started using it when I found the Achieve Ageless line at a great price.(P.S., I didn't achieve agelessness).Achieve Ageless came with a sample size of the Perfecting Day Cream.

I have the oily T zone.It goes on rather greasy, but absorbs nicely.My having oily skin, it did show shine very soon, but nothing that a blotting cloth couldn't take care of.

Yes, it says do not use near eyes.But hey, I'm from the South, where summertime humidity reigns supreme.No matter what you put on your forehead, it will eventually make its way down into your eyes.When this stuff does, it burns.Moisturizing, yes, but the forehead and area under my eyes are what really need this product, and with the burning factor in this, you really can't use it on the most needy areas.Just too expensive and demanding too much caution to make it worth the price

Clinique City Block Sheer Oil-Free Daily Face Protector SPF 25 Sunscreens

I have used the clinique city block 25 SPF for a few years now and it is odorless.It is the only sunscreen that I have found that I can tolerate on my face.It does not make my eyes water.I am very sensitive to odors and chemical components of most sunscreens.As far as protection goes, this 25 SPF is just OK.I got sunburned this weekend from being in the sun for approximately 3 hours after applying 2 coats before going out.So you must reapply very often to get good sun protection.The city block is great under foundation or alone.I use the city block and then cover with pressed powder.Great for limited sun exposure.Be careful because the next step up with clinique is city block 40 SPF which DOES have a sunscreen odor and causes eye irritation, for me at least.

This does double-duty for me year-round as a light foundation and sunscreen.I have very fair oily/sensitive skin, and it has never been irritated or broken out from City Block.I especially like that it's appropriate for the eye area because I've found it very hard to find a sunscreen okay for eyes except an Avon product, which they discontinued.I've never gotten a sunburn while wearing it, but under a searing summer sun I mix a higher SPF sunscreen with it like Neutrogena's oil-free for faces, or Blue Lizard oil-free for faces, both of which my skin can tolerate well.By mixing it in this way, City Block still serves as my lightweight "foundation."My skin had an adverse reaction to Clinique's similar product, Almost Make-up, so I hope they don't ever discontinue City Block.Recommended.BTW, I don't know about you, but I'm getting sick of companies discontinuing good products all the time!

Not great or amazing!I've used it both in winter and in summer, have to say it is more a winter sunblock, because in summer it melts and makes you look super shiny!In winter it kind of hangs in there a little better, it is heavier than I would like, though it says sheer, lotion has a little tint about it, which I indeed liked because, it subtly conceals any slight imperfections you might have, would work better for drier skins I think.

I have used this product for years, despite it being so expensive. I have tried every "for faces" sun protection product on the market and they all irritate my extremely sensitive skin. Not this one!I use it year-round except for winter, applying it after my red-reducing moisturizer. I like the little tint it leaves, as I do not wear makeup (can't tolerate any makeup on my face). It is the only Clinique product I use;I've been able to find cheaper substitutes for their soap, etc. but no sun-protection substitute.As someone else said, I hope they do not discontinue this or I will be in trouble!

I just bought this product YESTERDAY, but I had to write a review on it today because it is so incredible! I have naturally fair skin with an orangish undertone and slight acne. It states on the back if results aren't as noticeable as desired, to reapply it more frequently. So of course little-impatient-me reapplied it around 5-6 times that day. The affects were noticeable by doing so, and they are incredible!

*I took a long shower and washed my face twice and the color didn't wash off (*hint hint* swimming? :D).

*In the same light which previously made me look like a zombie, I look healthy and in the same light which made me look healthy, I look radiant.

My acne is less noticeableand I can continue using this product since it is NON-COMEDOGENIC (doesn't cause acne). It is also oil-free, dermatologist-tested, and lightweight.

*I can ditch coverup (which always made me look even MORE unhealthy!) and wear glittery white eyeliner and not look tacky :D

*This product smells better than my designer perfumes! I live in California, and this definitely has a sweet, beachy smell (but not like seaweed haha), but more like a boardwalk smell on a nice, relaxing, summer day!

*They have a matching body-lotion which smells even better and has light specks of glitter in it :D

I had tried fake-tanner before and looked so unnatural, but this product gave my skin such a natural sun-kissed look I had never seen on myself before. I can go to the beach now, still wearing my sunblock, AND have a nice, sun-kissed, glow!

This is one of the best beauty products I have found in a long while!

I highly recommend this product if you are looking for a slight boost in color, but not a strong tan :D

I bought the Platinum Diva Matahari Step 2 lotion from my local tanning salon at the full price ($46.00).The fragrance alone is reason enough to by this product.Nearly every other tanning lotion out there and even though you may enjoy the fragrance, when you leave the tanning salon you still get that sort of stale burnt smell and know you need to head to the shower as soon as possible.

This tanning lotion is a step above other lotions in that it still smells the same after tanning as it did when you first put it on.I have had no problem going out right after tanning.I don't feel self-conscious that others can 'smell' that I just went tanning.This alone earns the 5 stars for me.

Other than that this lotion has promoted a more natural looking tan albeit a nice dark one! than when I have used other accelerators.I've tried many different brands and am happy to say I think I've ended my search with this one.

Then, there is the price!Why do tanning salons feel the need to gouge their customers? holy cow.We pay a premium price as it is just for the tanning time but to turn around and charge over $45 for 8 oz of lotion?I am glad I thought to look here on Amazon and found it for sale at a more reasonable price.

I use this product every day because it has avobenzone which blocks uv rays other products can't. It is a chemical blocker so you have to apply this product to the skin first, and then SPF make-up or a mineral sunblock for extra protection if you are going to stay out in the sun more than 2 hours.It's not greasy, and botanical pomegranate ingredient conditions the skin as it protects, but to be safe, reapply after 2 hours in the sun since uv blockers weaken after that amount of time.

I have been using this product for a few years and I can say that this really works. The regular price is a bit expensive side, but you are getting money's worth. And Amazon IS helping you out in terms of the price.

This is nota mate finish sunscreen at all, it is oily and smells like the the cheapest sunblock in the market, the worst thing about it is it does not protect you from the sun using it you get burn and red.So if you are locking for a mate finish sunscreen for your face this is notfor you. I would give it one more start if at least it would protect me from the sun, but it is not even good for that. bad sunblock, bad smell, bad finish

I just got one of the worst sunburns of my life after having spent about 3 hours working in the sun and having applied this stuff twice. It's as if I never even used sunscreen at all and I slathered this junk on pretty heavy both times.

They have some nerve calling this junk "sunblock."

I bought this for my 2-month trip to the Philippines.While at the beach, I had this plus a generic spray-on suncreen from Target at SPF 50.

I'm filipino and I tan very easily.I had gotten sunburned for the first time in my life while visiting the Philippines 18 years ago so I wanted to make sure I wouldn't have a repeat of the agony I placed myself in by going to the the beach with no sunscreen.

I purchased the Alba sunscreen because I already use Alba lotions and absolutely love them!I wanted to see how their sunscreen would turn out.I pushed out a small amount of this sunscreen and massaged it into my arm and was surprised to see how thick it was.Eww.I wanted something a lot lighter feeling on my skin while at the beach but I was still willing to give this a try.So, I went ahead and put it just on my arms and used the spray-on sunscreen for the rest of my body (not my face).

The Alba sunscreen was alright most of the afternoon.It held up in the water but I just couldn't get over that thick sticky feeling it left.

For the rest of my trip, I stuck to my generic spray-on sunscreen because it was much more lighter and easier to use in application.Plus, it cost way cheaper than this tube from Alba.

Banana Boat Sport SPF 50 Sunscreen Lip Balm .15 Ounces (Pack of 6)

This is a scentless, tasteless balm which I love! I don't want to smell like cherry all day long. Plus, fragrance is sensitising. The SPF is great.

It was recommended by beautipedia.com, and I'm glad I bought one for trial, and re-bought this time 6 more.

Unlike other balms, it doesn't melt, and I live in a very hot and humid place.

I bought this six-pack for one reason: we always forget lip screen, and I wanted to have it on hand in as many places (car, backpacks, etc) as possible. For the price, this pack makes it easy and affordable to do that.

As for the product, it's fine. The scent and flavor are mild and not strong or obnoxious. I have mild perfume sensitivity and find some sunscreens such as Hawaiian Tropic to be irritating -but these lip balms are not. The texture is OK, not too thick but not too thin -perhaps a little smoother than Chapstick. As for sun protection, I have not noticed any burning.

Enjoy the sun but stay healthy!
