I just received this product from Amazon today (May 4, 2010) from another seller. The container says "New!" but there is no expiration date shown, only a cryptic code stamped on the bottom. Since this product was introduced in 2006, these bottles are probably at least four years old. Given that the active tanning ingredient has a short shelf life of less than a year (according to the manufacturer), this stuff is worthless for getting any sort of coloring. I've applied it three times today, and nothing has happened; absolutely nothing.DO NOT BUY THIS FOUR YEAR OLD PRODUCT!!!
I LOVE this product -it's the best self-tanner on the market that I've found.So I'm wondering why I can't find it anymore!Does anyone know why it was apparently discontinued???Delivered quickly & very well packaged.I love this product...I continue to buy it every summer.It has a very soft & pleasant scent & because I'm fair, this gives me just enough color.I'm very pleased!Great product for giving light skin some color.Also moisturizes, doesn't stink like other products and provides more lotion at a much better price.Just wish I could find it locally again.I use it mainly on my legs and arms, not on face.
