Higher isn't always better as not all sunscreens are created equal. When shopping for a sunscreen, it's not just about getting the highest SPF number. Many sunscreens boast a high number yet only protect you from UVB rays. When a sunscreen doesn't contain ingredients that protect from both the burning UVB rays AND the aging UVA rays, you can have all your good effort go to waste.

I recommend using this sunscreen on just the face. At $28 for 3 oz. you'll be tempted to spread on too thin a layer on your skin and won't apply enough to get the full SPF 20 rating. The high price/amount is the only reason why this product looses a star.
