this works pretty good but the shimmer is pointless because you cannot wear shorts while wearing this lotion it smells sooooo soo bad but if your wearing jeans or yoga pants after your session you cant smell it at all so its okay it does bronze your legs and works well so yes I would recommend it but I wont ever purchase again.
