My northern European skin is really white and at best I can get a light tan. Anyone who says there isn't much of a difference for anything above SPF 30 doen't have my skin.I live in Chicago and can burn if I spend an hour outside in March.With Banana Boat Ultra SPF100, I can spend hours in the July sun with only a slight burn that goes away within a couple days.Sorry my review sounds like such a product endorsement, but it's really helped me.Yes, it's a bit on the greasy side but it works for me.

I like this product and use it as much as needed. I'm in my 50's and spend most of my babyhood, childhood and up to my early 30's surfing, diving swimming with no sunblock. It has its price. The lotion is a little thin, almost water like. Not what I expected, but still works. The smell is pleasant enough, just wish it wasn't so thin.
