There are couple things to be aware of before purchasing this:1) It goes on thicker than expected, almost like a liquefied lotion that you have to rub into your skin.Howeverit disappears about 5 seconds after, so no biggie.2)It leaves NO residue.Zero!In fact, the first time I put it on I had huge doubts this would protect my skin.3)It worksno burns anywhere after two hours of tennis.Doesn't drip, no scent, no residue!It is not what you'd expect from a typical spray (where you simply spray it and leave it on).But the fact that it does not contain oxybenzone or avobenzone (although it does have Octinoxate) and protects your skin without any sticky residue-for me that's well worth the steep price. On a comparison note:I have tried the SPF lotion and while it works just as well, I find it tends to be a bit more sticky as it is thicker to rub on. The spray is just simply easier to use.

This item provides absolutely great protection for a long time and goes on very easily.I've used another Elta MD water resistant product and it worked well too, but went on much thicker and was harder to apply.This works great.I just give a quick spray to my head and face(shaved head here), and rubbed it in a little bit.It went on white, which is great to check coverage, but cleared up very quickly.I would recommend this for use with kids.I haven't had any problem yet with it stinging my eyes, which a lot of sunscreens do when you get wet or sweaty and rub your face.I can't wait for to use it next summer with the kids.

I have been using Elta products for a little over a year now and this is my favorite of their products.After the product is applied it feels like nothing is on and the sunscreen can be used on the whole body.It is great knowing that you have maximum protection especially during the summer months.The product also doesn't come off when I sweat.I highly recommend this product.

Normally I hate wearing sunscreen, I would rather scurry from shadow to shadow than wear sunscreen but I had a month-long trip to SE Asia planned and staying out of the sun would be impossible.So I started doing all the research I could about sunscreen and decided I wanted something topical rather than chemical.Knowing that it would be really hot (90+ degrees with extreme humidity) I needed something that I wouldn't have to constantly reapply and that would stand up to sweat well.Finally, I needed something that I could spray through my really short hair so my head didn't burn.

That seemed like a tall order to me but this sunscreen is perfect.It held up really well all day and although I should have reapplied I almost never remembered and never got burnt.It isn't oily so it didn't feel like I was wearing much, there is a little bit of a feel to it but nothing really noticeable.I could actually only feel it coming off when I used soap and then it came off cleanly so I felt really good after a cool shower before going to bed.The spray action isn't perfect but it works well enough to spray my head and work it in through my hair.In fact the only sunscreen easier to apply is the aerosol-type chemical spray but there is so much over-spray that you waste a lot.Maybe you can afford to waste relatively inexpensive sunscreen but I didn't want to waste this.

Ultimately one bottle was good for almost a month of daily heavy application.It isn't cheap if you're a sun worshiper but it works well and I have a full bottle ready for next summer or my next sunny adventure!
