Oregon Mint Lip Balm - 0.15 oz - Balm

Oregon Mint Lip Balm - 0.15 oz - BalmI like Burt's Bees peppermint lip balm; I think it protects well and I like the admittedly strong peppermint essence. Despite my fondness for that product, I have met people that think Burt's Bees peppermint balm stings when it is applied and also believe it is too aggressive in its flavoring. Wild Carrot Herbals Oregon Mint Lip Balm is a good alternative for the individuals out there that do not like Burt's Bees peppermint lip balm for these reasons.

While it is very clear upon application that this is intended to be a peppermint lip balm, Wild Carrots Herbals lip balm is much more subtle in its use of peppermint than Burt's Bees. The coverage is a little heavier than Burt's Bees. The thicker, waxier consistency leads me to believe that some users would need to apply Wild Carrots Herbals Oregon Mint Balm with lesser frequency than Burt's Bees. I live in the Midwest where it is often cold and dry. This lip balm has done a good job keeping my lips smooth and moisturized. I would purchase this product again. Note: Wild Carrots does not add SPF to its lip balms.

Ingredients: coconut oil, beeswax, meadow foam seed oil, olive fruit oil, shea butter, non-GMO tocopherols, mentha piperita essential oil

This lip balm is made in the United States.

I purchase my lip balm directly from the Wild Carrots website; it is more economical.
