I have been using this product for several years and never without it. I used to tan in the sun, but since I am 62 years old, my skin has shown it. So, using this, so I will not look so white has helped. Be sure and exfoliate once a week, or every hidden place on the skin will appear. Also this product is paraben free, which was a factor in purchasing.
