Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer
More than just a makeup product, Laura's Tinted Moisturizer has a special "antioxidant vitamin complex that acts as a free radical scavenger to protect skin from even the most aggressive effects of the environment.* " Who hoo! Bonus!
Notes on shade choices:
Being that it is difficult to render color accurately on a computer for the purpose of color swatches, the following notes should help you select the appropriate shade of Tinted Moisturizer. If you already use one of Laura's foundations and know the color name, I made note of the approximate color of Tint you would likely use.
-VERY FAIR skin tones or those who use Laura's Foundation in colors Porcelain Ivory or Blush Ivory would use Tinted Moisturizer PORCELAIN
-FAIR TO LIGHT skin tones or those who use Laura's foundation in the color Warm Ivory would use Tinted Moisturizer NUDE
-LIGHT TO MEDIUM skin tones or those who use Laura's Foundation in colors Sunny Beige or Vanilla Beige would use Tinted Moisturizer SAND
-MEDIUM skin with PINK TONES or those who use Laura's Foundation in colors Shell Beige or Vanilla Beige would use Tinted Moisturizer FAWN (note-this is not super pink)
-MEDIUM skin tones or those who use Laura's Foundation in colors Golden Beige or Honey Beige would use Tinted Moisturizer ALMOND
-MEDIUM to DARK skin tones or those who use Laura's Foundation in colors Suntan Beige or Sunset Beige would use Tinted Moisturizer TAN
-DARKER skin tones or those who use Laura's Foundation in colors Toffee Bronze or Deep Bronze would use Tinted Moisturizer WALNUT
It's quite normal to fall between two shades due to the infinite variety of skin tones and tan variations throughout the year. If this is the case for you, Laura recommends mixing those two shades together to get the perfect, custom match. Many of her clients do this. You'll only use about half the amount ofeach shade when you mix (therefore each tube lasts you twice as long) so over the space of a year you don't end up spending any more money on foundation than you would if you only purchased one color. Plus you get the bonus of precision matched color. Also, most of us tend to darken a bit in the summer and lighten up a bit in the winter at which point you'll have just the right shade at your fingertips. Another trick I like with Laura's Tinted Moisturizer is mixing a little of it with my oil-free foundation to get a slightly more natural looking finish or to slightly lighten or darken the color here as well.
Easy to Use:
Apply after skincare/moisturizer, using a downward motion with fingertips or a sponge. The downward blending motion helps to keep the foundation from getting under the very tiny, and nearly microscopic hairs we all grow on our faces. A sponge will help you apply the product more evenly than using your fingers. Laura makes a fantastic and machine washable version.
Tinted Moisturizer can be worn with or without Laura's famous, award winning, and best selling Foundation Primer underneath. An application of Foundation Primer first will naturally extend the wear of Tinted Moisturizer especially for oilier skins or all skins in warmer/humid months. If you prefer a soft/slightly moist finish, set the Tint with a small amount of Translucent Loose Powder by lightly tapping with the side of the Powder Brush. For a more matte finish, set Tinted Moisturizer with Translucent Loose Powder or Pressed Setting Powder (which provides more coverage than loose) using the Laura's wonderful and machine washable Powder Puff.
*While being SPF 20 (refers to UVB only), the active ingredients Laura uses in her Tinted Moisturizers do provide a small amount ofUVA protection yet are not completely broad spectrum. All of Laura's daytime Moisturizers provide SPF 15 in the form of avobenzone (listed under the chemical name) which is fully UVB and UVA protective. As a professional, freelance makeup artist, this is my preferred route. UVA/UVB sunscreen in a foundation makes it much thicker and can give the color a slightly `off `or `whitish cast. UVA/UVB sunscreen also reflects light and this shows up in pictures as `ghost face' -a horror for brides when they get their pictures back. Having sunscreen in your moisturizer won't have this same effect because you top it with foundation or powder which keeps the reflection at bay.
The only shade other than Nude I would attempt to try is the almond. The sand and fawn are too brownish beige. This is also 20 SPF. Tinted moisturizer is like a hint of color added to your moisturizer, which is why I chose Nude and am happy with the overall look to my face and feel on my skin.
The Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer is easy to apply, feels soft and silky to the skin. It is applied using fingertips. While I was at the counter at Nordstrom the cosmetician used a brush to apply. I liked this better than a cotton ball used at other counters.
A 1.5 ounce tube will last from 4-5 months, probably longer now that fall is here and less coverage is needed for this season. This has an anti-oxidant complex that protects the skin.
I have eczema, allergic to lanolin and check ingredients on all cosmetics before buying. The Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer does not contain lanolin, is Dermatologist tested and not tested on animals.I started using the moisturizer in early summer. This survived the brutal temps in Southern California.
You do not have the caked on look, this is streak free, did not add much shine to my face, more of a glow. I read somewhere online that Sarah Jessica Parker attributes her healthy glow to the Nude shade of the Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer as well.
I even used this a few times as an under eye concealer when the skin looked lighter in color and needed a boost. There were no breakouts associated with using the Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer. It worked well on keeping my rash area covered up with a more healthy look.
The tube is easy to grasp with one hand and remove the twist-off cap in one twist. The contents are squeezed through the opening. Although once you get to the end of the tube you will need to shake it a bit to obtain the remaining droplets. I found that this worked just as well at the bottom of the tube as it did from when first purchased months ago.
This is a tinted moisturizer that works on all skin-types and colors. The price is a bit steep, but I used it all compared to tossing out the Mac Face and Body Foundation and using the Serious Skin Care Tinted Moisturizer infrequently.

I love tinted moisturizers, and this one is by far the best I've used. It's a little thicker than most, but it goes on smoothly and evenly--foolproof.I've even applied it in the car on my daily commute, and it always looks great, even without a mirror. It gives just the right amount of coverage, evening out your skintone without looking madeup. I have light to medium skin tone and unfortunately first purchased the "sand" which was far to orange/brown for my skin. It looks like from the other reviewers I'm not the only one who thought this. The "nude" is a much more neutral tone. You won't find a better tinted moisturizer out there!Read Best Reviews of Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer Here
THEY CHANGED THE PRODUCT AND IT'S AWFUL NOW. (This for for the regular (oil) version.)I used this product for 7 years and I loved it even though I had to mix two colors (nude and porcelain) toget a match to my skin. I felt it was worth it because it was so amazing.NO LONGER AMAZING. In fact, it is awful. It used to be hydrating, now it dries out my skin. It used to make it glowy, now while I'm wearing it my dry skin looks like an oil slick and when I wash it off it's dry.
I could tell right away that they changed the formula and I emailed them to ask them what they changed. They said they didn't change it. Well, I came across an older box and I compared it to my most recent purchase and they did change it. They took out the kalaya oil and switched it for castor oil! I remember it had kalaya oil because I looked it up online after seeing it on their box because I wanted to buy just kalaya oil since it moisturized so well without breaking me out or making me oily. It's now gone and replaced with castor. The castor made the product so thick in consistency when it used to be thin and sink into my skin, looking lovely and hydrating it. The castor also makes it sit on top of the skin like a glob of oiliness and the thicker consistency highlights every line and pore. The castor also dries out the skin.
So they basically took out a great (and expensive) ingredient and now it's a cheapened product but still costs $40.
Just a total mess now.
I can't believe the people at LM would change such a beloved product. What a mistake! And they LIED about it! I just left a review of it on their site and it's not showing up, so I wonder if reviews are reviewed before they are visible...? Wouldn't surprise me, since they lied to me. That's why I added this new category, so I could let people know they changed the product just in case others noticed a difference too, especially if they do review the reviews before they publish them. I'm betting they don't want word getting out that they changed the formula -them lying to me about it is pretty compelling for that theory. Also, looking at the reviews on their website, there are no negative ones whatsoever. Until I reviewed this now I didn't realize they have to approve reviews. If they thought they could keep the cheapening of their product quiet, they were wrong. I'm going to tell everyone they changed it to cheaper ingredients just like I used to tell everyone to use it. Yes, I'm angry -angry they lied to me and have deceptive reviews in addition to substituting cheaper ingredients for better ones without lowering the price.

Always on the lookout for what would get me off and running more quickly in the morning, I heard about this Tinted Moisturizer from Laura Mercier. It does the trick. There's no longer a need for me to use moisturizer, wait for it to be absorbed, and then apply foundation.
Should mention up front that the natural look is my preference so I'm attracted to formulations with just a hint of color.Of course, the addition SPF 20 is a very real and practical bonus.
When using this skin tends to have a very natural look but "better," if you will.My skin is fair so I use "Porcelain," which takes away the paleness but does not camouflage skin tone. It's best for me to apply the tint with fingertips and gently smooth.
Wouldn't give up my foundation as it's needed for evenings and special occasions, but for daily use this Tinted Moisturizer really saves a step in the morning and saves my face all day.
Sun Spray Lotion SPF 30, 8 oz ( Multi-Pack)
Simple Exfoliating Wipes, 25 Count (Pack of 2)
()I received a package of Simple Exfoliating Wipes, 25 Count (Pack of 2) through Amazon Vine program to review. They arrived neatly packaged and you pull up the little white label pull-tab to expose a cut-out in the green plastic wrap to pull the wipes out through. The packaging did a good job of keeping the wipes moist; I have tried other brands where the wipes had completely dried out.
The instructions on this website state these wipes are to cleanse and exfoliate your eyelids, face and neck.It doesn't mention makeup and I don't think it will remove all makeup, but perhaps some or the last traces of makeup residue. The wipes have a nice weave texture to them that did exfoliate my skin without reddening, irritating, or aggravating my sensitive skin. You are not supposed to exfoliate your eyelids, so the directions are confusing; I would advise to not exfoliate your eyelids and I do not think you could find a Dermatologist or Esthetician who would recommend exfoliating your eyelids.I think that Simple made a typo when they put that on these exfoliating wipes.I think they make other wipes for cleansing without exfoliating such as Simple Cleansing Facial Wipes, 25 Count (Pack of 2) and/or Simple Radiance Wipes, 25 Count and that would be good for your eyelids. The green plastic container does not say eyelids, just to cleanse your face and neck; so maybe the typo is just on this website.Really, don't exfoliate your eyelids; you could really do some damage.
I think this product is safer than most but still not quite toxic-free enough for me because of concern over several of the ingredients:
There is a moderately high health hazard concern with 2-Bromo-2-Nitropropane-1 as can be read/researched on Skin Deep Cosmetics Cosmetics database at ewg dot org. There are high health hazard contamination concerns with Ceteareth-20 and Ceteareth-12.There is a fair health hazard concern with Phenoxyethanol because of limited nervous toxicity.
This product contains both Propylparaben and methylparaben which both have a high health hazard concern for human endocrine disruption (in simple lay terms, this means your hormones and glands won't function properly).Methylparaben is listed by the Hazardous Substances Data Bank as a food preservative, as well as a preservative for cosmetics. It is a fungicide, which can preserve the life of a product. The HSDB states that methylparaben is quickly absorbed through the skin and the intestinal tract (when used as a food preservative). There is a great deal of controversy surrounding its use, with many reports of dangerous side effects especially regarding breast cancer, male fertility, skin damage, eye damage, etc.
According to the USDA, these parabens are safe; according to the European Commission on Endocrine Disruption, there is strong evidence that they are human endocrine disruptors.I tend to believe the European Commission on Endocrine Disruption over any USA agency, but in any case, I would rather be safe than sorry so I avoid parabens and other substances that disrupt my endocrine system or are harmful to me in other ways.
I do however think it is a great attempt at making something helpful, just continue to clean out all the toxic junk.Customers want clean healthy skin without giving themselves medical issues. Please remove any ingredients that are not proven safe.
Thank you for the opportunity to review this innovative product.

()~The good~
Works well on sensitive skin
Good number of wipes per pack (25)
Rough texture of wipes scrubs off color-stay makeup
Resealable pack keeps wipes moist
~The not so good~
Wipes don't produce any sort of lather, even if you add water
Exfoliating effect is produced through a rough textured wipe which can be a little harsher than typical scrubs
Feels more like a rough wipe than a wipe with cleanser in it
These wipes would work even better if the cleanser it contains lathered in some way. It's hard to tell if the cleaner is washing your skin or not, because you can't really get any cleanser out of the wipes. When I'm washing off my makeup, I can see where the rough wipe does pull off makeup, but I don't get any soap on my face to wash it with. It just feels like I'm scraping my makeup off with a rough baby wipe. So these are probably best to use when you're not wearing any makeup on your skin, and just need something to lightly wipe off oils from your face.

()These exfoliating facial wipes make my face feel fresh and clean. These wipes contain vitamins B5 and E, and also aloe vera.It contains no perfumes or dyes or harsh irritants. The front of the package also says "for naturally healthy looking skin" and "double sided cleansing action" and "sensitive skin experts" (that's me the person with the sensitive skin not the sensitive skin expert).
I love facial wipes such as these.I use these at home, but they would also be good for traveling. The wipes are moist, so you wouldn't have to worry about hydrating them.
I just love these wipes. They make my face feel good. They fill my needs.Highly recommended if you are in need of facial wipes.

()I guess I don't really get the point of these wipes. They're supposed to be exfoliating, but I am supposed to use them as a cleanser?Do they moisturize?I can't really tell. The experience of using them is akin to wiping a baby wipe across the faceI had a hard time enjoying it.As promised, they are scent-free.When I finished using the wipe my skin didn't feel any softer or better, and I can't really discern a great benefit. For better facial cleansing I would recommend Simple Smoothing Facial Scrub, 5 Ounce (Pack of 2)it's made by the same folks, and it has a nice exfoliating effect without the diaper wipe experience.I found that the scrub worked better.

Before using this, I was only using Dermalogica's cleanser and moisturizer. I've been using a makeup remover from Clinique for years (which worked just fine). I've read so many reviews about this product though and decided to try it. I must say I'm extremely impressed. I first tried the small size I purchased at ulta for ten dollars, once I saw how great it worked I purchased the larger size from Amazon. I have oily skin and was slightly nervous about this pre cleanser considering it's an oil but once I use my dermal clay cleanser, my skin is squeaky clean and soft. Recommend it to others to try and don't be hesitant because it's an oil, you may be pleasantly surprised.Read Best Reviews of Dermalogica Precleanse, 16 Fluid Ounce Here
My skin used to be perfect; then I turned 18 and all hell broke loose. For the past 9 years, I've been struggling with acne and extreme oiliness (especially in my T-zone) and haven't been able to find anything to help calm my skin, until now.I've been using PreCleanse twice a day for a few days now, and my skin has already improved dramatically. No exaggeration, the pores around my nose and mouth used to be visibly filled with white crap...I used to wake up everyday with at least 2 new whiteheads. Now, they appear to be clear and I haven't seen a new pimple since.
This product really does help other products work so much better!I've reordered as this is a good deal for the $$ and a good product for my face.Good value.
Almay Face Sun Protector SPF 30 1.7 Fl Oz
Cotz Face Natural Skin Tone SPF 40, 1.5 Ounce
I found none of those problems with CoTZ.But I did find many things to love. Especially:
-the product feels light, not greasy or heavy, and has no unpleasant odor. In fact, it had no odor at all, that I could detect.
-it did not irritate my skin, or burn, or itch (and I've used sunscreens that made me itch like crazy).
-it contains color, (a medium-beige), which enhances the skin tone (without being heavy like foundation), and it dries to a matte finish, and left my skin feeling soft, and looking smooth. (The box says you can use it under foundation/makeup as a primer, but I did not apply makeup over it.)
In some ways, CoTZ reminded me of Philosophy's "The Supernatural, poreless, flawless tinted spf 15." They even have some of the same ingredients. ( such as: dimethicone, iron oxides, dimethicone crosspolymer) .
But Philosophy's product has many MORE ingredients, and has an unattractive orange color to it (they call it "peach" but it's orange). It has a low spf of 15, and it is also more expensive than CoTZ. (About $28 for 1.6 oz)
CoTZ is $19.99 for 1.5 oz, and a little went a long way when I applied it, since it glides on so smoothly. (A slightly smaller than quarter-size circle covered my whole face easily.)
As I mentioned above, I did not use foundation over it, but I DID use under eye concealer, and it looked smoother than usual on top of the CoTZ.
All in all, this is a great sunscreen that enhances and protects the skin.
()This is a tinted mineral-based sunscreen which is being sold as a gentle and free of preservatives, oils, and chemical sunscreens. Deceptive labeling of sunscreens is an age-old phenomenon so is this one true to its label? In a nutshell, this is a fairly good sunscreen.A big problem with many sunscreens is the deceptive SPF rating. The SPF, or sun protection factor, is a measure of how well the sun protects against sunburn.Sunburn is largely caused by ultraviolet type B (UVB) rays. There are UVA, UVB, and UVC type rays which are defined by how long the wavelengths are.Type A and Type B are the ones we worry about the most for sun protection.UVB makes you burn but UVA causes more of the aging effects.SPF ratings are more about protection from UVB rays and provide little information about UVA protection.A very good sunscreen contains ingredients that protect against UVA damage; zinc oxide, avobenzone (parasol), ecamsule, and/or titanium dioxide (but titanium dioxide does not protect against all UVA rays).Of these active ingredients, avobenzone and ecamsule are chemical sunscreens and titanium dioxide and zinc oxide are mineral based. The mineral-based sunscreens are considered less likely to cause reactions and problems for people. The COTZ sunscreen only contains zinc oxide (3.8%) and titanium dioxide (8%).The titanium dioxide concentration is fine (look for a minimumof at least 5%) but I wish this had a higher concentration of zinc oxide, the more complete block. The combination of the two ingredients should make this a pretty good broad spectrum sunscreen but a higher zinc oxide would have raised this to 5 stars. For example,I've been using Obagi's NuDerm for a couple of years and that has 9% zinc oxide, a much better percentage.
Additionally, this does have a fairly short ingredient list and doesn't contain any unnecessary ingredients (no fragranceyeah!).I have very very fair skin and I found this tint was a bit too much for me.If you buy ivory or porcelein foundations, pass on this one because of the tint.I tested this on my husband who has darker skin, and the tint was not a problem at all. This went on very smoothly and easily and left my skin with a gently matte finish. The matte finish was ideal, it left my skin almost dewy but did not make my T zone feel oily nor my skin dry.Cotz uses micronized zinc oxide and titanium dioxide in their products.Although the jury is still out about micronized (nanoparticle) zinc oxide and titanium dioxide, I thought I would mention it for those people for whom this is a concern.

()I've been in search of a great facial sunscreen for years and have yet to find one that wows me enough to win my loyalty.I'm looking for a product that doubles as both daily moisturizer and daily sunscreen or, better yet, triples as moisturizer, sunscreen, and foundation all-in-one.Many moisturizers have only an SPF of 10 or 15 and that's just not good enough to also be an effective sunscreen.I try to wear at least an SPF 30 anytime I'm heading out of the house, and I really like that this product has an SPF 40.It goes on very smoothly and does not flake like some other sunscreens I've tried (e.g. Neutrogena). My skin is fair but not SUPER light and this tint works fine for me.It blends with my skin tone and I would feel comfortable wearing it sans makeup.Typically tho' I use it as a makeup primer, wearing it underneath mineral foundation. I love that this product has no fragrance at all. That is very unusual for sunscreens.Even though there is much to love about this product, the price may be the dealbreaker for me.$19.99 for only 1.5 oz. is probably cost-prohibitive for a product I'd like to wear every day.June 2012 update...the new price ($14.99 today) is much more reasonable, but buyers do need to consider how small the tube is...1.5 oz. is not much product.Still, it is a great product and a much better buy at this price.

I like it. I've used this sunscreen on my face for the past few days while working outside in the yard and I haven't burned my skin which is a fair to medium complexion. It came out of the tube a brown color but was quickly blended into my own natural tint. It felt soft, smooth, and silky; not greasy at all.
Not only would I recommend this product, but I'll purchase it for myself when this tube runs out.

()Cotz Face Natural Skin Tone works great as a sunscreen. You do not see the color on your skin, but it makes skin look more perfected. It does look a bit dark in the tube, but when you apply it, it just blends away flawlessly. I am very fair skinned, so I was worried that it would be too dark, but I did not have an issue at all. It does not sweat off or streak and it does wash off easily if need be.
It goes on so smoothly. It does not stay tacky, moist or sticky on the skin. It is just a very smooth matte feel. It is very lightweight. I hate caking on foundation etc...cannot stand the feeling of all that "crap" on my face, but Cotz is very lightweight and I do not mind it at all.
It provided excellent protection from the sun for me. I have melasma pigmentation up the center of my forehead, across the top of my eye brows, and across my upper lip. I try every sunscreen out there, as it seems to get worse no matter what sunscreen I use. It is almost as if those areas are immune to sunscreen. There are about 4 products that I have found over the past several years that actually seem to work to some degree as far as protecting the areas from getting darker. Cotz is one of the products that actually work.
In my case, I do not mind the price if it actually works because I want to stop these hyperpigmented areas of my face from getting any darker. Others, who just want basic sun protection may not like the cost for such a small tube. I will say that I think the tube should last a good bit of time you do not need a whole lot for each application a little goes a long way.
I recommend Cotz Natural Skin Tone because it feels great on the skin, makes skin look perfected without looking like you have any makeup on, and it provides excellent protection from the sun. Great stuff here!

This cream is very thick, thicker and greasier than lotion. It goes on ok but it made me break out. I couldn't use it long enough to see if it worked to lighten the dark patches on my face. It would probably work a lot better for age spots on your hands than anything on your face.

I have some acne scars, nothing bad, they are just something I don't want on my face. So I went searching, I found Porcelana, a friend said she used it and that it worked really well for her, so I decided to try it. I used the Porcelana Night cream one time. I applied the cream all over my face and neck, and I went on with my day. I went to work and followed my daily routine. The next morning I woke up with red blotches all over my face. My skin felt burnt, and it itched, plus it was dry and it was impossible to wash. I tried flushing my face with cool water, I patted my face dry with the softest towel I could find, and what I saw scared me to death. There was blood coming out my pores. I don't recommend this garbage to anybody unless you are trying to burn your face.Want Porcelana Fade Dark Spots Daytime Treatment, 3 oz (85 g) Discount?
I have used this product twice a day for 2+ months and it has ruined my skin. I am light brown skin and I was using it to fade the sun spots on my cheeks. This product actually caused more brown spots to appear. I stopped using it as soon as I realized that i was seeing more spots than I had.I know because I had counted how many there were on each cheek.
This product is greasy, smelly and causes more brown spots rather than fading the one I have.
I feel like suing these people... then I read the label again and it says that in some people it causes an increase in pigmentation/ brown spots.
Just my luck!

I really didn't notice much of a difference with this, but part of that may be the fault of the low-level tanning beds I've been using at my gym. However, since it's supposed to be a bronzing lotion, I should have at least seen a little something right after putting it on, which I didn't.The smell isn't great either, although I'm not a big fan of cherry-scented products. It also seems too thick and I have to use a lot of it to get good coverage (I doubt I'll get more than 6 or 7 uses from it).Overall, I've been tanning off and on for the past 9 years and this has been my least favorite so far.I almost want to just throw it away, but I figure maybe I'll at least use it as lotion while I'm at the pool this summer.

I recently switched to an Aveeno sunscreen after running out of this stuff and started breaking out like crazy. They don't sell this brand anymore at my college and now it's even hard to find on Amazon. It's a shame, because I really recommend this sunscreen if you happen to come across it.

Great sunscreen for acne-prone skin, but if you live in a very humid city the mattifying wont work... The price is very reasonable, the 4oz tube will last for months!I've always tanned well, so, for most of my life I ignored sunscreens for the most part. Now we know this is not good, of course, but it's never too late to do the best we can. I now have melasma, so I can no longer "forget" sunscreen without consequences. When I found out that sunscreen should be worn every day, beneath makeup, I spent years (literally) trying to find even one product that contained effective sunscreen, looked decent on my face, and didn't cause breakouts.Reliable dermatological sources stress that sunscreen in makeup is not sufficient, because it probably isn't applied heavily enough, and it wears off, but sunscreen formulas like "tinted moisturizer" or "daily moisture with spf" make me look like I've dipped my face in Oil of Valvoline. They cause cystic acne, too.The frustration was enough to make me rationalize that wrinkles aren't really so bad, however, the fact that sun can ruin the health of the largest organ of my body kept me trying product after product. I've been using many DERMAdoctor products for years, but I hadn't tried this because it's a cream, so I assumed it would get greasy, turn white or gray, cause breakouts, melt my makeup, sting my eyeballs etc. I have tried several other brands of sunscreen that claim to be "matte", but to me, they were more like "Crisco". I should have known that Dermadoctor sunscreen would be in a class all its own. Ain't Misbehavin sunscreen claims that it's "mattifying and clarifying", and it is...for a sunscreen. This is not an acne or oil-control treatment, and it does not "mattify" my skin, however, in the bottomless pit of sunscreen formulations, this is a branch to hang on to.This feels a little thick during application, and it looks white for several seconds. Then it seems to vanish before my eyes.It makes my skin soft, and there's no stickiness.I prefer to use a mattifier over this (Dermadoctor Tease Zone) but if skin is normal or normal-dry, it's probably not needed. This does not ruin makeup, ever, and it's non-irritating.In addition to SPF30 PA+++, this is a skin treatment, because it has Nordihydroguaiaretic Acid + other antioxidants, willow bark, and an astringent. In the sunscreen universe, this is the best of all possible worlds, and it's reasonably priced for a huge tube.Want Dermadoctor Ain't Misbehavin' Skin Clarifying & Mattifying Sunscreen SPF 30 P+++ Discount?
I bought this for the purpose of mattifying my oily skin, which it did not. I wish I could find a product that lives up to its claims. I gave it 2 stars because it did not break me out or cause irritation.Australian Gold SPF 4 Spray Gel with Bronzer, 8 Ounce
It has some protection while giving
good color for serious tanners.Most
tanning products come with a higher
spf.... so nice to find a good one with
low spf
Applies nicely w/ moistureI read the reviews while looking for a bronzer. With all the 5 stars, I thought this was it. It does apply easily and is fast absorbing, but I wanted color. After 2 applications, and still nothing, I knew I'd made a mistake. Might be a good sunscreen but I would not recommend for bronzing.

After living in Hawaii and using this product I had a fabulous tan but could not find it in Texas when I moved. I found it online and now I back to a fabulous tan with out the burning from the start. This will give you a little bronzing with out streak and just the right amount of bronzing that you look as though it is a natural tan and you don't burn so quickly. It has such a wonder smell, feel silky and not greasy or oily. You well be amazed of how nice you tan starts out the first day out. I found myself not burnt but a nice tan start to where the next day I could lay out again. This is aMUST for starting a nice tan and gradually work up to the other lotions like Australian Gold gel spray with out SPF # but amplifying instead.Try the Kiss Kiss OXOX lotion sprays OUTSTANDING! Australian Gold Products, once started you will never go to another and be as tan so quickly and leaving your skin soft as well.

Yes, it gives you a good tan, but the spray system is very bad. It has to be completely vertical to be able to use, and not even like that you'll be able to make it spray correctly. The results of it in your skin are good though.
