Almay Smart Shade Makeup with SPF 15, Light/Medium 200, 1-Ounce Tubes (Pack of 2)

I was having trouble finding a foundation to match my skin tone since the two shades I've used by other companies are no longer made. I picked this up while browsing at the local drugstore to give it a try since it was much cheaper than my usual foundations. I was very pleased with the foundation. When I first saw it in my hand, I thought "oh dear" as it was a rather gray mess, but once on my face the shade matched wonderfully. Guess that is the "magical transformation" stated on the front of the package. As another reviewer noted, this is not heavy coverage. You can still see some of the flaws your skin has underneath the foundation. To counteract this, I dabbed a bit of concealer on the spots I wanted to cover and then put the foundation on. Works well. For the price, this is excellent coverage.

This is a light coverage foundation and should be expected to show freckles and/or blemishes.

I used this product and the color that it transformed to was perfect for my skin tone. It also has sunscreen in the foundation which can't be said for some pricier store brands. I had used clinique foundation before I switched to ALMAY and I will never go back! I highly recommend this product, but I would purchase it your local store where it is at least 1 to 2 dollars cheaper than you can find it here.

I wanted to try this because it's like magic. and finding the right shade makeup is so hard. I read some reviews that this turns very orange, and that is completely true. Additionally, it is very light coverage, so I get splotchy orange streaks on my face. not cute. It's more of a tinted moisturizer and sunscreen than foundation. I use a little with other lotions as a base for my makeup, but only because I already have it. I would not buy it again. I mean, it's effing cool it is magic. But it's impractical

MD Moms Daily UV SPF 30 Moisturizing Lotion

We have tried many different "safe" sunscreens including California Baby, Soleo and Think Baby.This sunscreen rubs in the best by far.Its pretty lightweight and non-greasy compared to the ones mentioned above.That being said, I still don't think its worth $26 for less than 3 oz.It also has some ingredients of concern and doesn't seem as safe as some organic sunscreens.I have two small children and we went through this very quickly.Ultimately, for me, it was not worth the money.

I am the type of person that likes instant results and I almost gave up on this after the first week when I didn't see any, plus the fact that I think this stuff stinks (like self tanner), but thank heavens I have stuck with it because I'm starting to notice my brown spots fading. This foundation is ideal for those who want sheer coverage with natural, dewy look, especially if you have dry skin.Since this is a sheer foundation, the color match is more forgiving, but L'Oreal has Cool, Neutral, and Warm shades.I love the simplicity of the coloring system and that they specify the tone rather than mixing them all together.

I have normal skin and this does make my skin get shiny after a few hours so I do ensure that I have a mattifying powder in my purse.I personally prefer medium to full coverage foundations with a matte finish.However I still like this foundation as it gives a very natural look and the sheer coverage makes it flexible when my skin color changes with the seasons.I would not recommend this foundation for anyone with oily skin and it may be iffy for those with combination skin.

This foundation isn't long wearing, but it's not noticeable as it wears off since it's so natural looking, so that's not a big deal.It does transfer to clothes pretty easily.I would recommend this to those who want to even out skin tone without looking made up.

Having very fair skin protection from the sun is a priority for me. This is one of the best sunscreens I've ever used. It easier to apply than many physical blocks I have tried. It still takes a bit of time to apply but it works. I now go out with the knowledge that I won't look like Casper the Friendly Ghost and I can count on it to protect my skin. This lotion does have an fairly strong, but not unpleasant aroma. It is slightly more expensive than many blocks, however, it is a good value and highly recommended.

This is one of the best sunscreens I've found. It is thick, and takes a bit of patience to apply. You can feel it on your skin for a while after you've put it on, but nothing awful. And it works, which is the most important part. However, the company has confirmed that this product is NOT waterproof. So it's for everyday wear, not pool or beach wear. Expensive, but worth it.

I love this lip balm! Especially because of the high SPF and no wierd taste from it.

I use it every day before lip gloss or lipstick.

I got my first AG lip balm when I ordered a tanning bed.I have used a lot of lip balms and finally determined, there was not a good one, until AG.It is the best.It does not dry your lips like most lip balms with sunscreen and it does not leave your lips waxy or oily, nor does it ever irritate your lips.Your lips only feel moist and it helps the appearance.I put it on before my lip stick, and sometimes I don't even want to wear anything but the AG lip balm.

Tarte BB Tinted Treatment 12-Hour Primer Broad Spectrum SPF 30 Sunscreen

I used to love wearing makeup through the first half of my twenties.As I hit my mid twenties, I didn't wear it as much.I switched over to Bare Minerals which lasted longer than liquid makeup and was kinder to my skin.As I hit my 30s, I just stopped wearing makeup all together but not for any particular reason at all.I think laziness.Just kidding.Actually, it's because I am so overwhelmed with all of my commitments (single parent, disabled child, work, college, etc. all the excuses).When I hit 35, I made myself a promise to fix myself up more often and I am trying! :)

My skin HATES liquid foundation these days.I itch and scratch and it's horrible!I am so uncomfortable with it.I did start using Lancome's mineral makeup (which I love but don't use often) but I wanted something a little less powdery for daily wear.I learned about BB cream online.I think one of the beauty bloggers or something.Also, I am a fan of K-Dramas and maybe I have this unrealistic expectation that my skin will look amazing like theirs.Kidding. So, of course, my quest to find a perfect BB cream started.I tried L'oreals BB and that was AWFUL.It went on grayish and when it "settled", it looked ok but I itched like liquid foundation and I threw that to the side.I then found Tarte's BB cream and I am so glad I did.I love how little it takes to cover my face.I am extremely fair with red undertones and I ordered the Fair shade. I love how lightweight it is on my skin, NO ITCHING or IRRITATION AT ALL!, and most of all, I love how even my skin looks without looking made up.I just look like I have decent skin.Let me add, I have pocks on my cheeks due to acne along with large pores (this aging process bites!) and this doesn't cover the flaws but it does minimize the look of both the scars and pores.I am starting to get lines by my eyes and again, this does not draw any attention to the lines. If I need to build on this, I can.If I have plans after work, I can easily have a flawless look by using Lancome's translucent mineral powder over it and I am very happy with how I look!
