I actually think this stuff really works.I took a tablet every day this summer, and there were times when, in the past, I definitely would have gotten a little sunburn from all the exposure I got.But I never burned once this summer.The only thing different waa taking the pomphenol supplement.

Took in the morning, I was outside for hours and I usually burn within an hour.I did get darker, but no lobster burn and (oops) forgot to put on sunscreen.I think this in addition to sunscreen would be fantastic and I will be buying it again.I had no pain after being outside for hours, and that in itself is a miracle.

i do a lot of cycling so bought this hoping it would help prevent sun exposure/damage.the active ingredient is pomegranate extract, and you take just one pill.i tried it, didnt see a difference, i have my doubts this has any proven effect...
