Bioelements SPF 50 Face Screen, 2.5-Ounce

I was really excited about this product when I saw it on Amazon. I love going to the pool during the summer and I adore Bioelements products. Unfortunately I can get better coverage using a drug store SPF 30 lotion for my face. I am a redhead and tend to burn easily so the SPF 50 really excited me. I feel I should mention that I only go out for two hours at a time and never get my face wet. I am so disappointed.

My skin is neither dry nor oily and I find the texture of this product to be perfect. Rich and not greasy. Having had skin cancer, I wear it every day; rain or shine. Only complaint the packaging. It's glass and too heavy so when I travel, I transfer it to a plastic container.

I have rosacea that has gotten worse as I've aged. At this point, there are very few products I can put on my face that don't have my face burning and red as a tomato in seconds. I have a few things that work fine for me (Eucerin has a night cream for rosacea sufferers that I use), but I had yet to find any product with SUNSCREEN that didn't make me feel like my face was on fire. I tried this at a friends and was pretty excited because my skin didn't react at all, and at 50 SPF I can feel really protected in the sun.

This is more money than I'd usually spend but it's worth a million dollars to me and my red rosacea face!
