2011 Go To Black Maximizer Tanning Lotion 12 oz.

I bought this lotion for the first time recently. I have been tanning for a few years now, and have used many products. What caught my eye was the "Several shades darker in just one use." I hate tanning A LOT. So I try to go once or twice a week. I have used It five times already, and I am not much darker than when I started. Also had a friend try it since she is lighter skinned than me, and same thing. I have spent less than 15 bucks on lotions and was able to get a better result.I gave it two stars because It smells amazing, and most products don't .. LOL :-)

This lotion smells really really good and makes my skin super soft! it doesn't get me as dark as some other lotions i have used though.

Gave it a whole star because NO star was unacceptable. I had tanned for months and stopped, when I started back up I wanted to try a different. So I bought this. Worked like CRAP. It claims to "darken your skin after only one use" it doesn't. I had a good base and would know if I was getting a shade darker within a 15 minute session. I figured it would build up after a few hours, didn't help at all. It didn't even look like a "normal" bronzing lotion. All of the "normal" bronzing lotions I have found are tan looking in color. This one was whiter than white. The smell is another story. It smells like someone put a bunch of fruit together and expected them to smell nice. Completely wrong. The smell honestly made me sick to my stomach. Then when it was heated up and blowing in your face, it didn't make any better. I would save your money and buy something else. I suggest Ed Hardy Hollywood Bronze. It's literally $14 a bottle and works FABULOUS and smells great.

This is my third bottle of Go To Black tanning lotion. I switch up from time to time but never achieve the same results.The feel is silky and the smell is light and fruity. I'm not so sure that males would want this scent though.I work nights so I tan afterwards and my skin actually feels better the next day.I would like to try other products in the line but testing can really add up. It's hard to find packets.
