This isn't a revolutionary product, but I wasn't looking for one.It is simply a creamy eyeliner.It goes on easy.It's the type of mechanical pencil that you twist to raise the product up.It's very fine, so easy to apply in a thin line or build up for a heavier look.The color is great for green and hazel green eyes.I use the coordinating mascara and get lots of compliments.It does tend to melt off after awhile, but I live in a *very* humid climate.I have not purchased this from Amazon, so I can not speak to the other reviewers issue with only receiving one vs two.

The description says "pack of 2," and I only received one. Otherwise, I love this product. Great color. Applies well. Just wish I had received the two I paid for.

The ad clearly states Pack of Two. I received one pack, with one eyeliner in it. There is no sense in returning one...I just want to get both, as I am happy with the product. As far as I can see, there is nowhere to give feedback or to file a complaint other than with packaging feedback. I have already done so several days ago. No response.

Can't find it anymore in my area....wonderful for sensitive eyes.Because it's not harsh, doesn't always last as long, but very smooth in application
