I try new Biore Japanese sunscreens every season, and this one is very good. I still prefer the Perfect Milk 50 for its strength (no tan, no burn in sub-tropical sun), but this Rich Waterly Essence is more moisturizing, and great for everyday use.

Seriously, I struggled for 20 years with American sunscreens that don't work, cause severe irritation (horrible stinging and burning when applied to the face!), and are generally a waste of money; I had basically given up on using sunscreen.

Shout out to reviewers at MUA and other sites for letting more of us know there is a MUCH better alternative--just wish the FDA would wise up.

I found out about this product on U Tube.It is a very nice sunscreen, it is light weight, not chalky, and very much like a light lotion.I can't believe that it has sunscreen.I plan to purchase it again.I have purchased other sunscreens that were so thick and extra white.THis is perfect and I plan to use this item over again.It does take a while to receive but it is worth the wait.

This sunscreen is absolutely perfect. I had been looking for a lightweight, non-greasy formula to wear under makeup -something that would be actively working, but also not disrupt my foundation. This is perfect for people with oily skin, as it provides all of the SPF without the grease! It has a satin smooth finish which acts as the perfect base. Very pleased with the seller -I got this item so quickly, considering it came from Japan! And they had written me an adorable little note with a tiny snack -so cute! Will definitely order again in the future, highly recommend. :)
