This product which replaces the previous Kinerse sunblock, is thicker, doesn't go on as well, and stings. I will not be buying it again.

If you care about how you smell and you prefer herbal scents, you probably won't want this sunblock the sickly 'fragrance' smell stays in your clothes forever. I've given up on any of these standard sunblocks and anything more than a 15. I used only the Avalon Organics Lavender Lotion SPF 15 (can't find it anymore) and the Avalon Organics Vitamin C SPF 15 when we went to Maui this winter and I didn't get sunburned while snorkeling. Because I liked the lotions, I lavished them on frequently, because they felt and smelled so good. Including on my face, which is so sensitive I only rinse with water anymore and which normally only gets Suki products.

This review is about 'Dr. Lin Direct' a company that sold their products. I'm very disappointing with your customer service. I ordered a 'Kinerase Pro+Therapy Ultra-Light SPF 30' on Wednesday, March 13th and I called today -Thursday, March 14th, because I didn't receive an email confirmation. A different customer service rep told me the product is no longer available offering a similar one -I said no, and I asked why I wasn't informed, he told me they didn't have my information correctly, that is not true as I opened an account in their website with my phone number and email & billing/shipping address, on top of that my credit has already been charged. I wish you can rate with 0 stars.

Not sure what the two negative reviews were about, but I love this product and have been using this for years! I can't go a day without it since it helps moisturize and protect my skin from the sun. Highly recommended and definitely worth the price.
