This is the BEST sunscreen out there if you are allergic to certain chemicals in most sunscreens. Glytone SPF 40 is the best sunscreen I've ever used to date. I am 50. I have very fair and very sensitive skin and dislike wearing make-ups and heavy lotions. My skin is on the dry side, so this lotion is a pleasure to apply in the morning and I don't think about it all day as I have had to with so many other sunscreens. St. Tropez Self Tan Bronzing Spray, 6.7-Fluid Ounces Can

Over the past 6 months I have experimented with many brands. Kate Somerville wipes are the best, the Neutrogena spray is second, and Banana Boat (dark) is third. St. Tropez did not make my top 5 list. You will get results almost immediately, and the color will set in a few hours. However, the color is just a tad too orange-ish, and it easily builds up in creases (around the ankle, near toes, behind the knee) and it also builds up between my boobs.

I do approve of the fragrance. The other brands smell weird, and all my top three choices do not smell as nice as St. Tropez. So, if you're sensitive about weird self-tanner odors, and if you want an instant tan, St. Tropez would be a good choice if you're willing to put up with some build-up.

I love self tanners, but I hate that funky smell that you get when you use it. So I bought this because it claims to have some special ingredient that eliminates the self tanner stink. Although it is not as stinky as most self tanners it does still give you that self tanner odor. I'm pretty disappointed in that regard. On the other hand I do like the color. It is not as orange as other tanners I've tried (Neutrogena, Loreal and Mary Kay). I read a review that said the exact opposite: No smell and a little on the orange side. So I guess it's down to personal preference. Natural skin tone certainly is a factor in determining the color. I am naturally very fair, I don't burn terribly easily but I do have freckles. My mother is Welshso I have that lovely pasty, British "glow" (so white I almost "glow" in the dark). I'm not sure why I seem to detect a smell when some people don't. This is the first self tanning product I have used this summer so I know that applying this did not re-activate the scent from a preceeding product; like what happens when you put lotion on after using self tanner. It's definitely coming from this stuff.

Ok, I have mixed reviews about this product. While I loved the convenience of the 360 spray and the speed with which I could apply this to my entire body, I was disappointed with the intensity of the color. I am very fair and for me the use of tanning products is a must! I used the entire bottle in one application and the color was so subtle (but NOT orange!)I could barely tell that I used it. However, I did love the spray application (you barely have to blend it into your skin at all. (Use gloves to apply tanner making sure to moisturize knees, elbows, toes, ankles etc before starting. Lastly moisturize your fingernails and palms and spray the back of your hands) The spray made the process fast and easy. So if you are looking for some fast, subtle color I would recommend this product. Just make sure you use in a well ventilated area! The scent is very strong. (It smells like perfume initially and then wears off to a more subtle tanner scent) I myself will be going back to the original mousse or trying the new St Tropez Dark mousse.

This product is brown in color, so if you have light skin color it will make you look a bit darker. It's kinda heavy and it does not spread easily. Another thing is that if you keep trying to spread it feels like you are rubbing sand on the skin. I prefer something ligher...

Due the skin treatments I receive, I must wear a high-protection sunblock every day (shouldn't we all for the benefit of our skin?). This is the best sunblock I have found. It is sheer and lightweight. It does not leave a shiny, greasy finish. It rubs in completely. I use a lightweight tinted moisturizer over it which provides a slightly dewy finish. I love this sunblock and I've tried almost everything on the market (truly, I have).

Bull Frog superblock fell short of my expectations after using many other Bull Frog products. The lotion does not rub into the skin easily leaving thick white splotches on the applied area. The lotion is also quick to transfer from the skin to anything touched and leaves a nasty white residue that is difficult to remove. The lotion also runs on the skin when the applicant perspires.

Overall, I would not recommend this product, as it bleeds into my eyes in addition to leaving me looking like an actor in a bad bukkake film.

I remember back in the 90's when Aloe gator and Bull Frog had some very good products that worked well through an 8 hr surfing session in San Diego.

In the last many years lots has changed with sunblocks and few actually stay on more than a 1/2 hour. When going on a month surfing trip to Bali, Indonesia the past month, I was concerned about which sunblock would do the job while surfing in equatorial sun that burns you in 1 minute. Plus the constant rubbing of your face and water exposure while surfing, snorkeling, etc.

THIS STUFF WORKS! It stayed on no matter how long i surfed and i NEVER GOT BURNED ONCE! Nobody else i met could say that after 2 hours!

YES, it is true you will be clown white sort of but not soooo bad, but yes it is NOT clear, but whats better: being burned and not knowing your protected or being totally protected UNTIL you decide to take it off. This is one of the best products on the market for the swimmer, surfer, ocean going sailor, etc.

I always look for sunblock with either titanium dioxide or zinc oxide as the active ingredient as recommended by my dermatologist since they provide both a physical and chemical barrier to sun damage for the skin.Bullfrog used to make a 45 spf version of superblock with 4.5% titanium dioxide which provided perfect protection without giving you too much of a "ghost face".This version has 7% ti di which in theory provides better protection but tends to give you severe clown face.It also has a strong unpleasant chemical smell.There's a newer Bullfrog spf 40 super lotion that goes back to the 4.5% titanium formulation which works just like the old stuff without making you look like an extra from Cirque du Soleil.

In summary, this stuff works but definitely not for your face and only if you can stand the strong chemical smell.

I bought this item ... well more than just one at once because I was going to Cancun for the third time and I know what happens when you are not well protected from the sun there. When I received the package I was not totally satisfied but I figured that for the price it was not worth it to return the items. Some bottles came with proper packaging and others had no seal on the top and one even had some tape on it ... so there went the tampering with the seal policy.

I opened them up and figured they probably just fill them up or heaven knows what but when we used the product it leaves a heavy white coat on your skin... not very attractive i must say but when we ran out of our other spray sunblock... hawaiian tropic ozone 30 spf which i must say is sooo much better ... we resulted to using this one because sunblock is 20 dollars and up in mexico....

However, sunblock becomes less effective as it gets old.And it is the first line defense against skin cancer.

When the Bull Frog bottles arrived, the expiration date had been removed from the product label.You could see where someone had taken a knife to the label and that portion of the product label had been covered over with a second bar code label -a coincidence???

I recommend you find a seller that can ship product with an intact expiration date so you know what you are getting and will know when to throw it out.Melanoma is nothing to fool with.

As with all Bullfrog products, this one is great.

The spray comes out in a nice mist and dries quickly and non greasy.I can't speak to burning in the eyes since I use other stuff on my face, but it's very resistant to water, so it probably wouldn't run even with sweat.The bottle does spray upside down, making it easier to get the back if you don't have a sidekick.

I deducted a star because it contains alcohol;not liking alcohol in a sunblock is just a personal preference though.

ProTan Overnight Competition Color

I'm not in competition bodybuilding, but I saw this product and had to try it because I've been looking for an sunless tanner that had realistic effects.It works!

I put the tanner on the sponge applicator and smeared it everywhere.I let it dry for about an hour and went to bed.The next morning, I toke a shower and rinsed the product off and it left a realistic looking tan behind.

There are some cautions about this product though:becareful not to get it on fabric or leather furniture, if using overnight sleep on old sheets, and using it on your face can cause blackheads.

I know those cautions would probably make most people give it a lower than 5-star rating, but I'm so happy with the color of tan that I see my way past them.Also, the tan lasts about 4-6 days.

If you want a quick realistic tan that will last about a week, try it.

I am a competitive Body Builder. I do not feel that this is dark enough for competition. I use REAL Pro Tan (name brand this is by performance brands not pro tan) or I get sprayed at the event. However this is the BEST for an everyday dark tan. I used this last weekend for a trade show (I was trade show model). I sprayed the morning of the event, rinsed off in the shower (without washing)... I didn't want my costume stained. This made my tan perfect!!! I darkened through the day but I was a sunkissed dark brown. This stayed on for 6 days now... I am buying another bottle today! I promised my daughter I would stay out of tanning beds... I found my safe alternative!But be careful this will stain carpet, walls, clothing, fingernails... etc just be tidy about it!

Kinerase Pro Therapy Ultra Light SPF 30

This product which replaces the previous Kinerse sunblock, is thicker, doesn't go on as well, and stings. I will not be buying it again.

If you care about how you smell and you prefer herbal scents, you probably won't want this sunblock the sickly 'fragrance' smell stays in your clothes forever. I've given up on any of these standard sunblocks and anything more than a 15. I used only the Avalon Organics Lavender Lotion SPF 15 (can't find it anymore) and the Avalon Organics Vitamin C SPF 15 when we went to Maui this winter and I didn't get sunburned while snorkeling. Because I liked the lotions, I lavished them on frequently, because they felt and smelled so good. Bioderma Photoderm MAX Tinted Cream SPF 50+ /UVA 38

I have very light skin with pink undertones and this provides the perfect balance it looks dark before you put it on your face, but it ends up giving just a very nice golden glow.I don't have to wear anything else when I have this sunscreen on, and I can go for a run and come back sweaty, yet it hasn't rubbed off at all.I tried La Rouche-Posay's brand of the same stuff, but the tint isn't as nice.I'll be stocking up on this for a long while to come.

I do tan so I'm not a fitzpatrick.Even on my medium, light skin tone this is too dark.I got the spf 100 version last year and the tint was much more friendly to lighter skin tones (the people most likely to need photoderm products).I should've gotten the one without tint, however it provides excellent protection from the sun.

I rarely post comments on Amazon. I want to do it this time because through the years I have benefited a lot from the comments that people posted here, plus that this product does wonder to my eyes. I hope my opinions will do some help here.

My eyes have a lot of problems. I have dark circle, puffiness and since recently they started to grow winkles. Through the years I have been trying to find an eye cream that can help me with these issues. I tried almost all the department store products. I won't say that they didn't work but I can barely see any difference. Until one day I found this ROC eye cream(They carry another eye cream but it doesn't work as well as this one). Originally, I don't have a lot of confidence in drug store products but since it's in a reasonable price, I decided to give it a shot. In the next few weeks I saw my puffiness clearly shrink and some of my wrinkles disappeared too. I fell in love with this eye cream ever since. So far I have consumed more than 6 tubes and I just ordered another 4. I also share it with my friends and regardless what skin condition they have, they all have positive comments.

It's kind of funny that many of these reviewers expect immediate results. Really? You want years of wrinkles to disappear literally overnight? In that case, I recommend surgery...not over the counter creams. My experience has been nothing but positive. I have recommended this cream to several women after they have found out my real age and asked 'what do you do?' It works. I will say that it took a full 2-3 months to get noticeable results. I stuck with it, though, and now I won't quit! I will also mention that this is the only ROC product I have used that does not have fragrance--this is very important to me since I have eczema and sensitive skin. I actually use the eye product on other parts of my face, too. This is the best price you will find anywhere--especially on subscribe and save. I'm ordering here at Amazon now after spending way too much at the drugstore on this same product. I was kind of disappointed to see some low reviews here and did not feel they were justified. I'm 48, have chronic insomnia, work at a computer all day and don't drink enough water. That being said, the bags under my eyes are the size of your typical piece of carry-on luggage. Over the last six months, I've tried four types of "anti-puff", "anti-dark circles" and "serums": ROC Retinol Correction Eye Cream, Garnier Skin Renew Anti-Puff Eye Roll-On, Clinique All About Eyes Serum and last month, I bought and tried L'Oreal Paris Collagen Micro-Pulse Eye Correction.

I bought the ROC product first. I followed all the directions and used it every day. I saw no change at all, even after six weeks of use. Then I got the Garnier product. It seemed to work somewhat. When I got the trial size Clinique product, I used the Garnier on one eye and the Clinique on the other, just to see which product worked better. The Garnier worked better, the puffiness wasn't nearly as bad, though the circles were still dark.

While on shopping trip at Ulta, looking for eye makeup remover, I stumbled on the L'Oreal product. It was around $12 and I had a 50% off of any product coupon. I've been using it on one eye with the Garnier on the other for two weeks. The Garnier was thrown in the drawer with the other failures. The L'Oreal product works. After two weeks, the darkness has faded, the small lines at the corners of my eyes have lessened and within 30 minutes of use, the puffiness is almost non-existent.

Having used this product off an on for about a month I can say that I have noticed a difference in the color of the skin under my eyes. I think there would have been a greater difference if I had corrected my sleeping habits and applied the lotion twice a day instead of just when I go to sleep.
