Marketers of the anti-aging skin treatment Hydroxatone are being sued for wooing customers with a free trial and then allegedly denying refunds and applying excessive charges. In putative class actions in federal court in Newark, customers say they face unauthorized credit card charges, difficulty returning products, unwanted shipments of products and other problems. Customers who call to complain "are verbally abused and refused any recourse," the plaintiffs allege in one of the suits, Gray v. Hydroxatone LLC, 11-cv-4586, filed Monday. The plaintiffs allege violations of the N.J. Consumer Fraud Act, breach of contract and unjust enrichment and seek equitable and injunctive relief, damages, restitution, attorneys' fees and costs, and other relief.

I've been using Hydroxatone for about 6 months.My husband has not yet told me I look "10 years younger", because I don't.It's a fine moisturizer, but not much better than others I have tried (Oil of Olay, Loccitane, etc.) and not worth the cost.

I have been using Hydroxatone for over a month. My skin feels smooth, but that's it. There is absolutely no change with my fine lines. The product does go on greasy, but is absorbed quickly. I found it just another product in the anti aging industry that does not deliver.

Product is very rich and a little does goes a long way.

I have tried this product and for the price I have found that there are drug store items (Olay, Garnier and Neutrogena) that work just as well if not better than this product, especially for me.It may work better for you then it has for myself so it 'could be' worth a try.As for me, I will go back to my other product that worked better for my skin.I truly feel this product is more hype than fact; I also feel it is way over priced.Ingredients are very important and I feel they do provide good fulfillment in that catagory however BEAUTY CAN BE GOTTEN AT A MUCH LOWER PRICE and maybe we should stick with companies who have delivered beauty products to use for many years those companies seem to do the research required to give us more bang for our buck.THANK YOU for the opportunity to leave this review.
