I've tested a lot of lip balms and this is one of the best.It has both UVA/UVB sunblock ingredients that so many sunscreen lip balms lack (avobenzone, zinc oxide or titanium dioxide in the US)and is truly emollient.It doesn't leave a white cast and doesn't leak a nasty taste into your mouth.Bummer it's impossible to find even in health food stores.
So happy to find a decent sunblock lip balm with a good (3) rating from EWG's Cosmetics Database. I only wish it were easier to find.
