I read a lot of reviews on this and most were pretty positive so I ordered it.From day 1 I had problems keeping the pressure at the right level.Then while doing a spray tan at my salon the hose blew off of the machine.I had to tape it and keep re-taping it to finish my client.They company sent me a new hose... not overnighted... regular mail.I had to cancel a weeks worth of clients.I used the new hose on 2 clients and on the 3rd client it broke again.I contacted the seller and stated I wanted a refund because at this point I have lost too much revenue and I didn't have the time to keep waiting for new parts.This is not only losing me money but it's losing repeat and future business. The company stated they would give me $89.99 in store credit.I replied back stating this is not acceptable... that there is a 2 year warranty on the machine and it has broken twice and I was purchasing a new machine from a different company.My last response from them states after 30 days they will not refund my money so I can either take the credit or send the machine back... at my cost... and wait for it to be repaired.At this point I'm out the $220 I spent on this machine plus hundreds of dollars in revenue and I have just spent over $400 on a new machine from a different company.Not only is their product cheaply made and not worth the money their customer service is atrocious.
The item was shipped promptly and was "as advertised". We found it easy to operate and are satisfied with the results.
