This is the best sunless tanner!!!First, the price is awesome---I got it at walmart for $6.42.It is oderless!!!!Thank goodness!No more nasty tanner smell!I have very fair skin with pink undertones, and this tanner looks natural on me.I tried several other types, and they didn't get dark enough.I'm a ballroom dancer, and I need something dark for those skimpy Latin costumes.This one did the trick!It has a bronzer so you can see where you're putting it, and it goes on flawlessly.Before I put it on, I made sure my skin was clean (but not straight out of the shower--wait until your skin cools off so it doesn't come off with the rubbing), I put regular lotion on my feet, elbows, knees, and hairline of my face so the tanner stayed light in those areas.Then, I put the sunless tanner on my legs.Washed/scrubbed my hands.Put it on my back and stomach.Washed/scrubbed my hands.Face.Arms.Washed/scrubbed my hands.Then, I put a dot on the back of one of my hands and rubbed the backs of my hands and wrists together.Then, walk around naked for 15-30 minutes.I have a flawless tan!This is the best tanner I've ever used!!!

I bought this after mistaking it for another Banana Boat product I heard about on sunless.com. I decided to try it anyway since it was relatively cheap.

I showered and exfoliated and moisturixed, pre-tan, because no self-tanner works properly unless you "prep" your skin.

I applied a single coat of the stuff all over, including my face. Waited three hours and applied a second coat. I'm naturally olive-skinned, so ONCE more before I went to bed, I applied a third coat.

The next morning I woke up. I looked in the mirror and screamedI looked orange, but it turned out to just be the color guide for applying. After showering...it looks fantastic. I am not streaked or orange, but merely golden. It gives pretty good color.

If you're olive skinned I would recommend doing two coats the first night, and maybe a third coat the second night. Just keep applying every night till you reach your desired darkness, then apply 1-2 times a week to maintain.

I have exceptionally sensitive skin (even baby products are often too harsh for my skin). But my aesthetician recommended La Roche's Sunscreen Milk and it has been just amazing! It doesn't make my face break out, it lasts for ages, my makeup goes smoothly on top, and (most importantly) no burning sensation on my skin. I would highly recommend this product for anyone whose skin is a tad sensitive and who would like the added sunscreen protection.

I've been using the sunscreen milk for the face for years and have never had any issues (as long as it doesn't run into the eyes). The Melt-In absorbs into the skin much better than Neutrogena's Dry Touch and doesn't leave any chalky streaks. I was so happy with these results when I first bought it, that is until i washed my clothing whites, in particular. Note also that I had soaked my whites for 6 hours AFTER I had spot-treated them with Shout Gel (I swear by this product). Everything that had come into contact with the Melt-In was bright yellow and yellow-green tinged. I will never buy this again. I'm glad I got a good price off Amazon, and it arrived quickly, but after the disastrous results, I wouldn't even use this product if it were free.

On our trip to Hawaii, we purchased five types of safe sunscreens considered safe by the Environmental Working Group , in order to do our own "research" on the effectiveness and ease of use for each product and settle on one for all our future trips. We did a comparitive analysis of the products, using each of them multiple times throughout our trip. (You may see these first two sentences when we review the other products. Sorry about that.)

Of the five products we tested, this was absolutely the most effective, even for one of our extremely sun-sensitive group members.It was also the hardest to apply, however, and the adults in our group refused to use it on their faces as the week wore on.The problem is how thick it is and the fact that it does not disappear even with repeated massaging of it into your skin. (I've read the reviews here that say otherwise, but we rubbed and rubbed and were still blue-white.)For kids who don't mind being a sort of bluish-white color, or those who will tolerate being rubbed quite a bit when you apply it, it will do a great job keeping them safe.No one had a reaction to the ingredients, which was what we expected based on other reviews.Finally, it didn't even come off in the water, although you might want to re-apply after swimming just to be on the safe side.

I wanted to buy a chemical free sunscreen for my 12 month old daughter and as far as fulfilling that wish, the product succeeds.However, it is difficult to apply and impossible to rub completely in.I should have listened to the other reviews stating that it will leave your baby looking a bit blue.My daughter looked like she belonged in a zombie movie even after many attempts and rubbing the lotion in. I am not in the process of trying out new brands but will use this one when I don't plan on taking any pictures.

Anti Aging Bb Cream Broad Spectrum Spf 40

()I'm ambivalent about this BB Cream, Like I said in the title, it is not fantastic; it is just a heavy crème that will give you a 40 SPF.Maybe.

If you are an older woman (or man) like I am, you may have some age spots as well as wrinkles a to contend with.Especially since people born in the 50's were encouraged to suntan without any kind of protection!Remember baby oil with iodine?What can I say, we were ignorant of what the sun would do to us in our later years!

Anyway this product makes claims that I don't think it can back.It has an rather unpleasant aroma. It is thick but does NOT cover any of your skin imperfections so can't be used as a substitute base if you need a little help. It does cover tiny spots, but you must use a lot you can't rub it in-you must daub it on thickly and thenyour face feels greasy and sticky.(you can always put powder over it) It also feels like a 'mask' if you apply it to cover imperfections like I did. Theclaim that it"reduces the appearance of lines and wrinkles" (quote from back of tube) is only because anytime you put an oil on top of dry skin it *appears* smoother, but that is only until your skin absorbs it all.

This is not an economical product either, since it apparently needs to be reapplied quite often during the day.

According to the directions on the side panel on the box----->

* "Apply liberally 15 minutes before sun exposure."

* "Use a water resistant sunscreen if swimming or sweating."

(You need both?Why? This product is supposed to be an SPF 40 sunscreen according to the label on the tube.)

* "REAPPLY AT LEAST EVERY 2 HOURS"

I don't think I need to say more.

()The Hydroxatone BB Cream is the fifth BB product I have tried, hoping to get away from full foundation and save some steps by having sunscreen and anti-aging benefits. While the Hydroxatone offers an all-in-one product, it was definitely not my favorite of those I have tried.

The texture was very thick, like a heavy foundation. Therefore, it did cover better than some BB/tinted suncreens do. The three stars that it earned from me was for this coverage and sunscreen and that's about it.

I definitely needed to use a pore-minimizer along with it, as it accentuated my pores on my cheeks. The color was close, but not quite right and left a matte finish that really needed to be at least slightly dewier, as it had a bit of an fake/ashy appearance to it.

But, my biggest complaint about it...which I am shocked not to have seen mentioned by many others, is the smell. It has a very strong, unpleasant scent. I will admit that I am very strongly drawn to nice scents and easily put off by chemical ones, but I think most would agree that it is pretty bad.

Just not for me for a few reasons, and then there is the price. Not very competitive since there are many nice BB creams out there for less or at a similar price which give a more appealing finish. I will keep searching and I would have to recommend that you do the same.

It does not turn orange.I have the medium shade and it is pretty true to color.It will be to light for me when summer comes and I tan a bit.It works well with my blush.

The fact that I have to use a moisturizer would not keep me from using this BB cream again.The heaviness probably will.I will continue to use the rest of this tube, but at the present it is not one that I feel I would use again because it seems to be a foundation to me rather than a light BB cream.However, if you are looking for a fuller coverage BB cream, this would be one to try.

()I've been using a BB Cream from Korea for quite some time. It matches my skin tone (which is slightly olive) far better than this one, but I was out of my preferred brand when Amazon gave me the opportunity to try this one out. I ordered the medium, which is usually perfect for my skin, but this medium seemed far more on the fair side.

First impression: wow, is it thick. Unlike the BB creams I've used, you can't simply tap this into your skin and have it blend in. This stuff looks chalky, and requires quite a bit of effort to blend. After that, it looks okay but after a few hours it began looking mask like.

After a week's use, my skin was dry, flaky and irritated. Although BB creams are supposed to combine serum, moisturizer, sunscreen and foundation in one product, I started having to use a separate morning moisturizer just to combat how this stuff dried out my skin. And with an added moisturizer, the stuff just slid off my face by noon. After two weeks, I started noticing red splotches on my cheeks and chin, and decided to stop using this altogether.

I thought that at least I wouldn't need to worry about sun screen all day, but then I read the instructions which mentioned having to re-apply every 2 hours! Good thing I wasn't outside a lot that day.

St. Tropez Everyday Gradual Tan Mousse

I'd read reviews online for this product that you end up with a nice, dark brown tan without streaks, but we've all heard that before.But since my legs will not tan and I'm terrified of skin cancer, I thought I'd give one more product a try.This is incredible.Not only am I not splotchy, my legs really are a nice, golden brown and look like I spent months working on a tan and they're super soft!I could not be happier with this purchase and now I get to wear all my summer dresses without being embarassed of my white legs!

This is the best self tanner! It's a very natural color. I am pretty pale so I dont like to go from ghost to super tan in a day...then everyone knows your tan is fake. This is very natural looking and gradual. My husband didn't even ask if I had been tanning he just kept saying how pretty I looked. If you rub it in well you wont have problem with streaks. Definitely wear gloves...I bought the mitt, but I dont use it, I just use latex gloves. Be sure to take extra care around your toes and fingers. I take my gloves off and apply the mousse to the back of my hands last, and then I wash my palms, in between my fingers, and around my fingernails...I didn't do this the first couple times and ended up with dark spots in between my fingers. It is a fairly light tan so if you want a dark tan you should probably go with the bronzing mousse, but if you want a subtle tan this is awesome. I used it 3 times in the first week and then once a week after that to maintain color. I have already used this on my whole body six times and the bottle feels pretty full still.

I bought the St Tropez Gradual Tan Mousse, because it had a lot of good reviews and seemed like a high-quality brand. However, it was a complete waste of time and money. I have fair skin, but I tan pretty easily in the sun. I wanted something I could put on my legs that looked natural --just a little coverage so my legs wouldn't be bright white and pasty. Unfortunately, every time I used the tanning mousse, the results looked streaky and cheap. I tried this product three different times to make sure I wasn't doing something wrong. I exfoliated and moisturized everyday for a week prior to my third attempt, and used the tanning mit during application. Even after all of this, I still had noticeable streaks. Not only does this product streak, it is an unnatural-looking orange color. I've gotten better results from tanning lotions purchased in drugstores. It was a waste of money and time, and I definitely would not recommend this brand or product to anyone.

For the most part I'm satisfied with this product. The color is very natural, and it's easy enough to apply. As the product's name suggests, it is gradual. I've never used it to achieve a true tan, just to look less ghostly. If your goal is a tan I'd suggest going with the tan bronzing mousse by St. Tropez, not the gradual mouse. I don't think you'd have enough in the 8oz gradual mousse bottle to maintain a dark shade for very long.

Also, I wanted to mention the smell. Initially it does not smell like a fake tanner, it actually smells a bit refreshing. After a few hours though, the fake tanner smell becomes noticeable. I noticed the smell for a couple of days after each application, though I don't know if it was strong enough for any of my friends to notice (no one mentioned it, but then again most of my friends are very polite).

Another thing worth mentioning is to WASH YOUR HANDS AFTER EVERY TREATMENT. I forgot to once and paid the price, the skin in between my fingers and especially around my nails (even parts of my fingernails) was completely orange, and it took almost a week to come off. Needless to say, I now wash my hands very carefully after applying the mousse.

Finally, I wanted to save money and tried to use this for both my face and body, and while it's as effective for both, it did sting my face for about 30 seconds each time I applied it. I do have sensitive skin, so if you do as well and have the money to buy the mousse made for your face, go for it. I didn't notice any breakouts because of the mousse, and I break out pretty easily, so I'm impressed with that aspect of the product.

All in all, I'm pretty satisfied, though if I were to buy it again I'd probably go with the tan bronzing mousse rather than the gradual.

Etude House Precious Mineral Sun BB Cream (SPF50+/PA+++) - #W15 Sand Beige

I liked this one better than the Missha brand. It lasted most of the day with minimum touch ups. Match my skin tone well. I don't really like the sponge that came with it but I will purchase again. I can't wait to try it out in the summer.

I originally bought this product when I was in Korea this past summer, but I want to buy it again!It's a really good bb cream: good coverage, pretty waterproof, and not too light (it works even if you don't have the pale white complexion that Korean people like).I don't like the sponge too much though, it's a nice alternative to just using your fingers at first, but after a while I don't like the feeling of putting an old sponge on my face.You can just squeeze out the product through the hole in the sponge and apply directly if you want though.

btw, etude house's precious mineral bb cream is almost exactly the same as this sun bb.

Usually other products such as foundation or BB cream tend to give your face an oily look if they contain high SPF, and that can show more easily in your photos. But this BB cream works well. BANANA BOAT Sport Cool Zone C-Spray SPF 50, 6 Fluid Ounce (PACK OF 2)

Banana Boat has long been my sunscreen of choice. Until now, I have used the cream product that comes in squeeze tubes. I use it when I go hiking or skiing in the mountains where the UV is more intense than at sea level. I used to use the SPF 30, but moved up to SPF 50 when the 50 became available.

The Banana Boat spray is interesting. It is easier to apply than the cream. It goes on easily and quickly with the exception that you are warned not to spray it on your face. You are advised to spray it on your hands and then rub it on your face. That does work.

Because of its ease of use, I am likely to use the spray for casual sun exposure, say bike riding or walking in partial shade, instead of using nothing because of the trouble involved with applying the cream variety. The spray does appear to be effective. Comparing, the spray can with the tube, I see that the active ingredients are similar.

The only negative that I found is the odor. It is not all that strong, but does last quite a while. The inactive ingredients listed on the spray can indicate that a "fragrance" has been added. I think that it is quite possible that the spray product would be better without the added fragrance.

I purchased the sunscreen after much research....being a cancer surviver I wanted a product that worked and was envirenmentally safe...I selected the tint sunscreen which is paler than my skin tone so I still look a little zincy....it is greasy but I understand there is no way to avoid this due to the natural ingrediants....I am happy with the size of the tube...as it's expensive but I know it will last for several months....I use the sunscreen everyday...it's easy to remove...but will stain your clothes so avoid white or do not apply down lower on your neck...but...stains wash out easily...I would recommend this to a friend..

Although there is not quite enough tint in this product to make it perfect for my medium tone skin it is a vast improvement over the "white" cast of other zinc products and fair to light skinned individuals will love it. Use it sparingly and it goes on smoothly, is non-greasy and stays on until you wash it off. You can subsitute it for makeup.

Will still keep looking for the "perfect" sunscreen.

I'm a makeup artist and take good care of my skin and always try to find ways to better my skin with out spending too much.

well, I bought this product used it and didn't notice any changes but it moisturized pretty well and I was just going to use it until I was finished and switch because I saw no results within 8 weeks. well, It's been 4 months and I now have major results. I use it every morning and it was well worth it and I will stick with this product.

I no longer have the major forehead wrinkles and smile lines (what-ever you call them)

my face has tightened and looks amazing.

Also it has been great with my sensitive skin and has not caused and irritation.

This moisturizer has a lovely mousse-like texture, goes on smooth, "seemingly' rapidly absorbed into skin. However, about a half hour after first applying, I noticed an odd residue that is difficult to describe. When I touched my skin, I noticed a residue that seemed to rub off as tiny little dried pieces of the moisturizer. I have experienced this once before when using a Murad product with vitamin C. I do not believe this has any Vitamin C so I do not know the cause. The residue left on my skin after applying this does not seem conducive to the application of makeup following moisturizer. I have tried Aveeno skin care products, particularly moisturizers, in the past and have been satisfied. Perhaps this product reacted somehow with some residue left by my facial wash, although I don't believe so, perhaps it was one or more of the sunscreen ingredients. I just can't use this. But I will continue to try other Aveeno products.

This review refers to the product and not this seller or the current list price. I bought the Peach and Pink versions of this balm. I like them both. They give very subtle color and lots of shine. If you like gloss and just a hint of color, then these Moisture Plus Sheer Tints are a great choice.

In the video you can see both the Peach and the Pink. I swiped them across a tissue, but they appear very bright on that. As you can see on my skin, the color is soft and subtle.

The Carmex makes my lips tingle. I live in Minnesota so I am a regular user of Carmex. For some reason, this product seems extra tingley. If you are eating, drinking, or talking, the color and gloss may wear off quickly. Beautiful, light color with a invigorating kick. Try them!
