I just received this yesterday afternoon and used it for the first time last night and I really like it so far! it's really moisturizing and smells really good, in my opinion it smells like chocolate covered strawberries..fruity but with a tiny hint of sweet. I already had a good base tan so it's hard to tell how much darker it made me but I did notice a little difference already. I've been using this brand (Alpha Hydrox) for 4+ years after seeing an episode of Oprah where the line was highly recommended. I researched everywhere I could, including a lengthy talk w/my friend who is a physician.

Retinol is one of the few ingredients that has been scientifically proven to improve wrinkles, as I learned onMayo clinic's website. This tube has a full .15% pure-active Retinol (Vitamin A). It's delivered in microsponges (you don't feel them, but they work to ensure good delivery of the retinol where you apply it). It goes on smoothly, is easily absorbed, and is not greasy. No scent that I notice. To purchase the exact same weight (1.05 oz tube) and strength, my dermatologist wants $107. Yes, $107. Different brand but same active ingredient. I couldn't find this high .15% strength available through any other company at less than 4 times the Neoteric price. And yes, Neoteric (the manufacturer of this cream) is a highly reputable company selling many millions of dollars in skin care products annually. Are there improvements to be made? Sure, I'd like this cream to erase 20 years from my face. That'd be a real improvement. But, I'll settle for a great performer that works as well as a $107 cream at only $15.

I have always had problematic skin: Acne, Rosacea, scaring and pitting; and now I am also showing signs of aging. I starting looking online for something that would help. Sun Bum Moisturizing Sunscreen Lotion

Ordered this sunscreen for a cruise we were taking this spring. This sunscreen has an amazing feel to it. Non-greasy and non-runny and super absorb-able. It smells AMAZING too (like coconuts). It worked great...I am red headed and VERY fair and I did not get burnt AT ALL. I even had people stop me and ask me on my cruise...what sunscreen are YOU using...cause it really works! Laid out all day and did not get burnt! I highly recommend this product. My only problem I have had with it is that the top of the bottle does not close well...it leaked over some of my stuff in my beach bag which kind of sucked. Hopefully it was just a case of one bad bottle.

My husband and I had purchased this sunscreen last year and used it while on vacation. We loved it so much but had to leave it behind due to liquid restrictions on carryons. We had forgotten about it until this summer and saw that Amazon was selling it.

What I like about it:

-smells great; like coconut but not overpowering

-thick but rubs in well

-even the spf 15 seems to work better than the cheaper spf 30s in other brands; I've never gotten burnt with this sunscreen and that's saying a lot since I'm quite fair skinned

-it just feels like a good quality sunscreen!

What I don't:

-because it is thick, I don't think it goes quite as far as other sunscreens, however, it could be argued that its more effective with the same volume

-somehow the cap let some of the sunscreen out of the top when it was closed...so don't let it lay sideways (or without a bag around it in a suitcase for that matter!)

Overall, this and the Neutrogena dry touch are my favorite sunscreens. I will definitely continue to buy the Sun Bum.

We recently ordered this sunblock and took it with us on a trip to Florida. We are very picky about what we use as our daughter has very sensitive skin and this product proved to be one we all could use without a problem. It provided great coverage, no sun burns! Not only does is smell AMAZING (immediately transports you to a tropical place), it goes on smooth and feels great. And the best part, the monkey on the packaging is genius. Our daughter is a young teenager and the use of the monkey in the branding made it "cool" for her to want to protect her skin. I bought this moisturizer extremely excited and hopeful, because I have very dry skin (especially in these winter months in colorado) and it had such great reviews.I opened the bottle up and get this chemical smell that is fairly strong.I couldnt wait to try it, so I cleansed and toned.When I put it on my face it was very hard to rub in, and although it wasnt greasy it just sat on my skin in a white film.I barely put any on!A few minutes later it turned my skin to an odd orange-ish tint.Is that the "morning glow"? Ive been using it for about a week and it has started to break out my skin and hasnt helped the dryness even a tad.I regret buying this product.I wish it had worked.

Reviews for this moisturizer are all over the board, but I had high hopes when I ordered it on Subscribe & Save. Am I the only one who got a bottle that's grainy? It literally feels like I've mixed a little sand in with the lotion when I massage it into my face. Possibly I just got a bad batch, but I didn't get any of the glow effect others talk about in their reviews, not even an orangy look described by one person, just lotion that won't quite melt into my skin because of the graininess. I first looked at it in my magnifying mirror, thinking it might have little sparkles that produced the "glow", but I couldn't see any. Makeup goes on okay over it, but even if it didn't have the graininess, it's nothing special.

I just want a daytime lotion that I can depend on to protect and nourish my skin, with no hassles. I've tried everything from the most expensive brands I could find online to the cheapest (always based on healthy ingredients). So far, the RoC and Regenerist products are about as good as any. I'll use the rest of this Morning Glow Moisturizer on my arms and hands, which is what I always do with facial moisturizers that I'm trying to use up. Sorry for the negative review, but in fairness, it's my experience with this lotion.

There are so many moisturizers that aren't half as good and cost more than double the price, not to mention not nearly as much product. I use this and/or another clear care moisturizer which I also love. If it came in a tinted variety with more SPF protection, it would be beyond perfect. If you use this (spf 15) and a spf make up you should be good for sun protection. Or you can dab on a little sun screen. Still you can't beat it for the price and quality.It makes my skin feel so soft.It has a pleasant aroma.I wash my face before I apply it b/c my skin is very oily.It keeps it moisturized and mostly protected w/o adding any additional shine. My face looks great.If you suffer from acne I suggest washing your face first, applying some acne cream prior to the moisturizer, then the morning glow and then your makeup.Happy Hunting!

NEW Rimmel London BB Cream - Light

I like this product. I bought it in Light, for much less at Walgreens (they actually had a half-off sale so I bought it for $3.50, figuring it was worth a try at that price.)

Coverage is decent, and it blends in pretty well with my pale skin (I'm something around a MAC NC20 shade) and this works well on me. At first look it seems a bit like it'd be off (too beige-y or something) but it blends very well, and I have no issues with it.

Coverage is pretty good. I have a couple dark spots/scars that don't cover all the way but this blurs/minimizes them fairly well. On a good day I'd be content with this and a finishing powder. (On a bad day, haul out the concealer for reinforcements!) There's no strong scent, which is also good, and it doesn't feel greasy or drying on my (mostly) normal skin. If someone is more on the oily or dry side, though, I suspect they might not like this so much.

The drugstore price is good -the $15 listed here is way too much; go to Walgreens or wherever and you can get this, a lipstick and a nail polish for the same price, when it's not on sale, and more when it is -and I like the coverage, and that it has SPF to protect against the sun. I doubt it's a true BB cream, as in the Asian ones that are legendary for all their coverage and benefits, but it's a nice tinted moisturizer that's a bit less sheer than some other brands I've tried.

I love this stuff! But the pricing is out rages. I just bought the same exact thing at walmart for $6.47. Same thing, same size, same color.

I really love this stuff.It's light (not liquid foundation at all).In fact, it has such light coverage it's lighter than my BB creams.The finish is dewy and soft to the touch.It makes my skin feel really smooth to the touch, and shows off blush and highlighter really well.I bought this because foundations are so heavy, and I can't possibly wear them in the heat, it makes me feel sticky.This tinted moisturizer is an excellent alternative if you like to show your skin.

It may seem a bit expensive for just 1 oz of product, but you only need a little amount.This half size will probably last me 4-6 months.I have one thing I don't like: it's so full and packed in there, you barely have to squeeze the tube.I always keep an eye on it because I feel like it might explode if it gets too hot or something.

This is the best "makeup" that I have found, after buying many different brands over decades.It is natural looking with a dewy finish and somewhat transparent.I don't think the coverage is sufficient for major acne, but if your skin is already pretty good and just needs the skin tone evened out, a little additional color, and sun protection give this a try. I chose the color SAND because I wanted a hint of suntan (some yellow color). It is more expensive than most makeups, but my 1 oz tube lasts a few months applied to the face and neck daily. I think it improves the actual texture of my skin which is a little on the dry side.

" DESIGNER " by Designer Skin New 2013 13.5 oz

I was really, really excited for this product to hit shelves. I was able to get a packet and try it today, and I can say that I was expecting a lot more. I did not notice any real color difference after getting out of the bed, and six hours later still nothing. The smell is great, before AND after. It has great moisturizing capabilities. Overall though, I'm spoiled on high level bronzers that can do what this lotion can, and more.I was able to get better color from Conceited than Designer.

Overall:

Scent 5 stars the citrus amber fusion is a great smell that is soft on the senses, yet excites them.

ATO: 4 stars 6 hours out of the bed and I am just now starting to notice a DHA sort of smell. Until now it was like a light perfume.

Texture/Consistency 5 stars very nice, DS's usual silicone base that left me feeling VERY soft.

Color 3 stars I didn't get any real color change with this lotion and will not be planning on getting a bottle.

I like the smell and ease of application as well as even toning but I'm going back to obsidian which gave me softer skin and darker tanning
