Simple Revitalizing Eye RollOn, 0.5 Ounce

I am 52 years old.I bought this for $10 at Walmart.I bought it mainly with the intention of reducing puffiness around my eyes.I keep it in the fridge to optimize the "chill factor".Every morning, I apply this to under my eyes and the sides.It does the job that I expect it to do which is reduce puffiness.I don't expect it to diminish dark circles it's not intended for that and frankly if anything states, implies or otherwise represents that it CAN reverse a hereditary condition like my dark circles is absolutely false.I don't expect it to reduce or prevent wrinkles there are other products for that, and this one does not make that claim.It's great used as intended.

I bought this product with the hopes that it would reduce the puffiness and darkness around my eyes; the puffiness/darkness around my eyes is not that bad, as I am still fairly young, but I like to take care of my skin.

The "roller ball" doesn't roll very well and applying circular motions under my eye (as is suggested in the instructions) causes redness and makes my eyes look worse. The product does not release very well so I tried pushing the ball in with my finger and squeezing some out so it would coat the "roller ball". That works okay...all in all I think it was a waste of $11

I purchased this after researching the Environmental Working Groups 2009 findings.It goes on white but after you rub it in for a while the "ghost" appearance goes away.If I sweat at all the sunblock builds up in any natural crevaces or wrinkles in my skin and is noticable. I work outside all day and I only apply once in the morning and it does perform all day for me without re-applying. I live in a humid warm/hot climate (SC) during the summer and this sunblock does feel oily and will rub off if you tend to scratch or rub where the sunblock is applied. Overall this sunblock performs well. It is worth the peace of mind knowing that I am doing what I can to not use harmful chemicals or at least reduce them.

I'm a redhead with freckles.I've been searching for 4 years for a safe, effective, non-greasy and non-whitening alternative to my chemical sunblock, trying many from the EWG's top sunscreen lists each year.I had tried the badger sunblock in the purple tube 2 years ago and found it too greasy and too whitening.for some reason I gave this tan-colored tube of badger a try to see if they had improved the formula.yay!they have!

this product is not perfect, but is pretty good in many of my requirements:

doesn't burn me (A+)

non-toxic (A+)

doesn't turn me white (A-)

not greasy (B+)

doesn't turn my clothes or furniture white (B-)

if you rub it in well it's neither too greasy nor too white.

the cons:

-after some time I do find that white lines accumulate around my inner elbows, but I just rub that back in.

-some of my clothes get light white lines on them, but it seems to come out in the wash.

-i am still a bit conscious of sitting on a friend's couch or car, knowing that it will get greasy and maybe a little white.so I do have to consider at what point in the day I am putting it on and where I will be sitting.

I got this product because I have sensitive skin and wanted to stick with a zinc oxide sunscreen formula. It was also highly rated on the Environmental Working Group sunscreen reviews. I am sure it is fine in terms of being gentle and effective. However, be forewarned that it is very oily. It recommends you knead the tube because some separation can occur. Very hard to knead in a tube so it still came out as pure oil and then globs of cream colored paste. For the body the shiny nature of this cream is not that bad but I will not put this on my face. Going back to California Baby.

I was looking for a good, natural sunscreen for my 8 month old daughter and I ordered this one even after reading that the other Badger sunscreens left baby's face all white. This is not true! I even use it on my face and I do not look like a mime! It actually rubs in really well and does not leave my face all greasy. It is easy to apply on my baby and seems to protect her very well from the sun.

I will definitely buy this sunscreen again.

I try to buy as all natural things as possible. I do not want to slather myself in chemicals. I went to a campground this weekend and sat by the pool today. I put this on myself and my fiance. I hung out by the pool for three hours. I swam for 80% of the time. I reapplied this all over three times. I am completely sunburned. I am in a lot of pain and bright red and this is about 8 hours later. My aunt who spent the same amount of time with me who wore 50+ spf chemical sunscreen meanwhile is fine. Makes me frustrated. I guess this stuff could be okay for walking out of the house to your car haha. I mean, I'm cooked!

I have bought a lot of sunscreen in my life. Typically I'm more concerned with maximum SPF, but since I do spend a lot of time indoors I was looking for one that was not so hard on my skin for daily wear, especially in less sunny months.

I have bought a lot of moisturizers with SPF, a lot of SPF tints, and this is the only one that has soaked quickly and easily into my skin leaving almost no unpleasant residue.

It works as a great moisturizer, provides SPF, and has a really nice unobtrusive smell.

I'm sold. While I'll still have to buy a more substantial sunscreen for summer and outdoor activity, this is the one I turn to for general daily wear. It is also much less expensive than some I have been using.

Make-up Alley gave this foundation the worst reviews I've ever read for base.I disagree with any bad review of this foundation.Firstly, it is not a cream to powder foundation.It is a solid cream foundation with the kind of consistancy you'd expect from a cream based foundation that would normally be applied with a sponge (not that you can't use a brush, but I feel a sponge applies it best.)I used a more professional sponge (6 sided, slanted wedge.)The less you stroke the sponge across the cream the better.It's easy to use too much, initially swipping the sponge too many times across the cream.1 or 2 swipes with a light hand is enough for half the face, another 2 swipes or so for the second half.If you start off heavy handed this foundation will look too thick and cakey, exagerating lines and pores.When applied correctly it covers and wears well looking rather natural.I don't advise trying to build with layers.You need to get it right the 1st time so it may take some experimenting to get it just right, but when you do get it just right, it's a very fine quality foundation for the money (I got it on sale in Target for $8.00.)My choice was Warm Beige #90.It's exactly my skin tone: not too yellow nor too pink.It appears much darker in the compact compared to the actual payoff on the skin, but most cream based foundations act this way as they are concentrated within the compact and that concentration will make it look darker.I'm not saying this is the best foundation I've ever used.There are others which I like more, but they cost quite a bit more also.I'd recommend this for a drier skin type and for cooler weather as well.It's definitely too emollient for normal to oily skin.It's best for normal to dry skin.It has a satin/moist finish unless you powder it down which I recommend as powder will increase it's ability to hold up.Cream blush is a must for this foundation, applied before powdering it down.It's the "Helioplex" SPF 55 which can make this base seem on the oilier side, but it is the highest SPF base I'm aware of particularly the superior sunsceen (Heliplex) which is patented to Neutrogena.The sreening of UVA rays (which are more ageing rays compared to UVB) is what makes Helioplex so great.It screens UVA better and with the ability to do so longer than any other sunsreen out there except for La Roche-Posay Anthelios which is not included in any foundation I'm aware of as it's meant for direct application to the skin from the container.This is an exceptional foundation for the money and the superiority of the patented SPF 55.It may take a few tries to get it right, but when it's used correctly it gives a definite aesthetic improvement to the skin with anti-ageing benifits from it's SPF.A solid 4 star rating as far as I'm concerned and if you need high sun protection post peel/surgery or you're using aggresive skincare (Retinol, Retin-A, Glycolic Acid) then this foundation becomes even more beneficial.

Addendum:If you are not satisfied with a liquid or cream based foundation's wearability use a powder like Revlon's ColorStay Pressed or for high end, Dior's Forever pressed powder.I don't usually like transfer resistant foundations as they seem to emphasize the skin texture you apply it to.IE; dry skin can look drier, pocked skin can look moreso and wrinkled skin can be exagerated.They are convenient because they stay on so long without need for touch-up, but I feel they are best for young almost perfect skin.The addition of just the longwearing, transfer resistant powders do not have this affect as they are much more sheer than matching foundations.

I love this makeup.I'm fair skinned and really wanted something to protect me from the sun, but I'm really particular about the quality of makeup I wear.I don't want to look like I'm wearing makeup--this fits the bill perfectly.It gives great coverage and lasts all day.I don't feel greasy like one of the other reviewers, but I have dry/combination skin. I wear a moisturizer underneath and this just makes my skin look smooth and clean.

It's greasy so stays on better. No irritation occurred for my mom. Maybe it's different for different people as for all makeups. The instruction says external use only and avoid contact with eye. I want to tell the other reviewer that some types of plastic are not hard to melt. Many years ago, a cassette left in my car melted because of hot weather. If I tell you vinegar dissolves limestone. Will you think vinegar is too strong and unhealthy, must avoid it in your salad? You need more scientific evidence to say this product containing dangerous ingredients for skin.

Normally I trust Neutrogena with my skin.I have sensitive, oily skin with a little ruddiness.I have used their foundations for over a decade and I prefer them above all others.So, when I tried this product, I was very disappointed that it did not meet my normal expectations for performance.Although it goes on smoothly its overall coverage was lacking.As it dried it went from smooth to clinging in a patchy way to my skin.I tried it multiple times in hopes that perhaps I was just having a bad day but always with the same result and eventually threw it away.

This is the best lotion for sensitive skin. Plus it was a great price for 2. I cannot use any other lotions even though a lot say Fragrance Free, they are still irritating, this is not. However I did find that the Lubriderm that says "Sensitive Skin" is awful, had to toss it and stick to this one that states "Frangrance Free".

I can't wear black eyeliner to work, but this stuff is perfect.It's a soft pencil that applies easily. The color is shiny (as opposed to matte) so it looks softer than plain brown eyeliner.
